Imojula yokokufaka okunengqondo
Imojula ye-SM3 yokufaka okunengqondo okubili imiselwe ukuqoqa izimo ezinengqondo zokufakwayo okunengqondo futhi izenze zifinyeleleke ezinhlelweni zezimboni ezisekelwe kukhompuyutha ezisebenza kusisekelo sesixhumi esibonakalayo se-RS-485.
Imojula inokufakwa okunengqondo okungu-2 kanye nesixhumi esibonakalayo se-RS-485 esine-MODBUS RTU kanye nezinqubo zokudlulisela ze-ASCII.
Izimbobo ze-RS-485 kanye ne-RS-232 zihlukanisiwe ngamasiginali okufakwayo nokunikezwayo.
Ukuhlelwa kwemojula kungenzeka ngokusebenzisa ichweba le-RS-485 noma i-RS-232.

1. Okujwayelekile
- Imojula ye-SM3 imiselwe ukuthi ifakwe kumzila wesitimela ongu-35 mm.
- Ukususwa okungagunyaziwe kwezindlu ezidingekayo, ukusetshenziswa okungafanele, ukufakwa noma ukusebenza okungalungile kudala ingozi yokulimala kubasebenzi noma ukulimala kwempahla. Ukuze uthole ukwaziswa okwengeziwe sicela ufunde imanuwali yomsebenzisi.
- Ungayixhumi imojula kunethiwekhi nge-autotransformer.
- Yonke imisebenzi ephathelene nezokuthutha, ukufakwa, nokugunyazwa kanye nokunakekelwa kufanele yenziwe ngabasebenzi abaqeqeshiwe, abanamakhono kanye nemithetho kazwelonke yokuvimbela izingozi kufanele igcinwe.

4. Ukuxhunywa kukagesi

5. Ukusebenza

6. Ukunakekela kanye nokusevisa

UKUFAKA
4.1. Ukulungiswa kwamamojula
Imojula yakhelwe ukuthi imiswe kuloliwe ongu-35 mm (EN 60715). Izindlu zamamojula zenziwe ngepulasitiki ezicishayo.
Ubukhulu bezindlu bubonke: 22.5 x 120 x 100 mm. Umuntu kufanele axhume izintambo zangaphandle ezinengxenye ephambanayo engu-2.5 mm² (kusuka ohlangothini lokunikezela) kanye no-1.5 mm² (kusuka ohlangothini lwesiginali yokokufaka).4.2. Incazelo yetheminali

Ama-Diode kufanele akhanyise ngomjikelezo ngesikhathi sokudluliswa kwedatha, kokubili ngesixhumi esibonakalayo se-RS-232 ne-RS-485. Isiginali "+" (itheminali 3) ingu-5 V ephumayo enomthwalo owamukelekayo ongu-50 mA. Umuntu angayisebenzisela ukuhlinzeka ngamasekethe angaphandle.
Wonke amapharamitha wemojula angahlelwa kusetshenziswa i-RS-232 noma RS-485. Izinga le-RS-485 livumela ukuxhumana okuqondile kumadivayisi angu-32 kusixhumanisi esisodwa se-serial esingu-1200 m ubude. Ukuxhuma inombolo ephezulu yamadivayisi kuyadingeka ukuthi usebenzise izisetshenziswa ezengeziwe ezihlukanisa umlamuli (isb. PD51 converter/repeater). Indlela yokuxhuma isixhumi esibonakalayo inikezwe kumanuwali yomsebenzisi wemojula (umdwebo 5). Ukuze uthole ukudluliselwa okulungile kuyadingeka ukuxhuma imigqa A no-B ngokuhambisana nokulingana kwabo kwamanye amadivaysi. Ukuxhuma kufanele kwenziwe ngocingo oluvikelekile. Isihlangu kufanele sixhunywe endaweni yokuvikela endaweni eyodwa. Ulayini we-GND usebenza ekuvikeleni okwengeziwe komugqa wesixhumi esibonakalayo ekuxhumekeni okude.
