An ƙirƙira wannan na'urar kuma an gwada ta la'akari da ƙa'idodin aminci na na'urorin aunawa na lantarki.

Gabatarwa
GIA20EB na'ura ce mai nuni, sa ido da sarrafa microprocessor.
Na'urar tana goyan bayan mahaɗin duniya ɗaya don haɗin:
- Daidaitaccen siginar watsawa (0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-50mV, 0-1V, 0-2V da 0-10V)
- RTD (na Pt100 da Pt1000),
- Thermocouple bincike (nau'in K, J, N, T da S)
- Mitar (TTL da canza lamba)

3.3. Haɗa siginar shigarwa
Da fatan za a kula kada ku wuce iyakokin abubuwan shigarwa lokacin haɗa na'urar saboda hakan na iya haifar da lalata na'urar:
3.3.1. Haɗa bincike na Pt100 ko Pt1000 RTD ko bincike na thermocouple
3.3.2. Haɗa mai watsawa 4-20mA a cikin fasaha na waya-2
3.3.3. Haɗa mai watsawa 0(4) -20mA a cikin fasahar waya 3
3.3.4. Haɗa mai watsa 0-1V, 0-2V ko 0-10V a cikin fasahar waya 3
3.3.5. Haɗa mai watsa 0-1/2/10V ko 0-50mV a cikin fasaha na waya 4
3.3.6. Haɗin mitar-ko siginar juyi
Lokacin auna mitar ko juyawa ana iya zaɓar siginonin shigarwa daban-daban uku a cikin tsarin na'urar.
Akwai yuwuwar haɗa sigina mai aiki (= TTL, …), siginar firikwensin firikwensin tare da NPN (= Fitarwa NPN, maɓallin turawa, relay,…) ko PNP (= fitarwar PNP yana canzawa zuwa + Ub, babba. -maballin turawa gefe,…).
Lokacin da aka saita na'urar tare da fitarwa na sauyawa na NPN, an haɗa wani juyi-juyi (~ 11kO yana nufin + 3.3V) a ciki. Don haka lokacin da kuke amfani da na'ura mai fitarwar NPN Ba kwa buƙatar haɗa resistor a waje.
Lokacin saita na'urar tare da fitowar sauyawa na PNP, an haɗa resistor mai saukarwa (~ 11kO yana nufin GND) a ciki. Don haka lokacin da kuke amfani da na'ura mai fitowar PNP Ba kwa buƙatar resistor a waje.
Yana iya zama tushen siginar ku yana buƙatar haɗin haɗin waje na waje misali jan-upvoltage na 3.3V bai isa ga tushen siginar ba, ko kuna son auna a cikin kewayon mitar matakin saman. 3.3.7. Haɗa siginar counter
Lokacin saita na'urar zaku iya zaɓar hanyoyin siginar shigarwa daban-daban guda 3 kama da haɗin mitar- da juyi-sigina. Haɗin siginar firikwensin don sigina na gaba ɗaya ne da ake amfani da shi don siginar mitar- da juyi.
Da fatan za a yi amfani da zanen waya da aka bayar a ƙasa.
Akwai yuwuwar sake saita counter. Lokacin haɗa lamba 8 tare da GND (misali lamba 7) za'a sake saita ma'aunin. Kuna iya yin wannan da hannu (misali tare da taimakon maɓallin turawa) ko ta atomatik (tare da fitarwa ɗaya na na'urar).

3.4. Haɗa abubuwan da ke sauyawa
Na'urar tana da abubuwan canzawa guda biyu, tare da nau'ikan aiki daban-daban guda uku don kowane fitarwa, waɗanda sune:
Ƙananan Gefe: | "GND-switching" NPN fitarwa (bude-karba) Ana haɗa fitarwar sauyawa zuwa GND (haɗin kai 5) lokacin aiki (kunna fitarwa). |
Babban Gefe: | Fitowar PNP (buɗaɗɗen mai tarawa) Ana haɗa fitarwar sauyawa zuwa wani vol na cikitage (kimanin + 9V) lokacin aiki (canja fitarwa a kunne). |
Tura-Ja: | Ana haɗa fitarwar sauyawa zuwa GND (haɗin 5) lokacin da ba ya aiki. Lokacin da fitarwar sauyawa ke aiki, ana haɗa ta zuwa vol na cikitage (kimanin +9V). |
Idan ana saita fitarwa ɗaya azaman fitarwar ƙararrawa, fitarwar zata yi aiki a cikin rashin aiki (babu ƙararrawa a yanzu). Na'urar transistor mai fitarwa yana buɗewa ko fitarwar turawa ta canza daga kusan +9V zuwa 0V lokacin da yanayin ƙararrawa ya faru.
Alama:
Don gujewa hanyoyin sauyawa maras so ko kuskure, muna ba da shawarar haɗa abubuwan da ke sauya na'urar bayan kun daidaita abubuwan da ke sauya na'urar yadda ya kamata.
Da fatan za a kula cewa kada ku wuce iyakar voltage da kuma na matsakaicin halin yanzu na abubuwan sauyawa (ba ma na ɗan gajeren lokaci ba). Da fatan za a kula sosai lokacin da ake canza kayan aiki (kamar coils ko relays, da sauransu) saboda girman ƙarfinsu.tage kololuwa, dole ne a dauki matakan kariya don iyakance wadannan kololuwar.
A lokacin da canza manyan capacitive lodi a jerin resistor ga halin yanzu iyakance da ake bukata, saboda high turn-on-yanzu na high capacitive lodi. Hakanan ya shafi incandescent lamps, wanda jujjuyawar su kuma yana da girma sosai saboda ƙarancin juriyar sanyi.
3.4.1. Haɗin kai tare da ƙayyadaddun kayan fitarwa na ƙananan gefe (fitarwa na NPN, canzawa zuwa GND)
3.4.2. Haɗin kai tare da ƙayyadaddun kayan fitarwa na babban gefen (fitarwa na PNP, canzawa zuwa + 9V)

3.4.3. Haɗin kai tare da ƙayyadaddun kayan fitarwa-pull-canza
3.5. Wayoyin gama gari na GIA20EB da yawa
Abubuwan shigarwa da abubuwan da ake fitarwa ba su keɓanta ta hanyar lantarki ba (abin da ake samarwa kawai). Lokacin haɗa haɗin GIA20EB da yawa dole ne ku tabbatar cewa babu yuwuwar ƙaura.
Kula, lokacin haɗa kayan fitarwa zuwa wadatar na'urar (misali ta hanyar transistor zuwa -Vs ko +Vs), keɓancewar wutar lantarki na wadatar ba zai ƙara kasancewa ba. Lokacin yin haka, da fatan za a kiyaye waɗannan abubuwan:
- Lokacin da aka haɗa GIA20EB's da yawa zuwa naúrar samar da wutar lantarki iri ɗaya ana ba da shawarar sosai don ware na'urori masu auna firikwensin, masu aunawa da sauransu.
- Lokacin da na'urori masu auna firikwensin, masu aunawa da dai sauransu suna haɗa ta hanyar lantarki, kuma ba za ku iya sarrafa su ba, ya kamata ku yi amfani da keɓantattun na'urorin samar da wutar lantarki na kowace na'ura. Lura, cewa ana iya ƙirƙirar haɗin lantarki ta hanyar matsakaicin da za a auna (misali pH-electrodes da conductivity-electrodes a cikin ruwaye).
Tsarin na'urar
Da fatan za a kula: Lokacin da kuke saita na'urar kuma kada ku danna kowane maɓalli fiye da daƙiƙa 60. za a soke tsarin na'urar. Canje-canjen da kuka yi ba za su sami ceto ba kuma za su ɓace!
Alama:
Maɓallan 2 da 3 suna nuna tare da 'aiki-roll'. Lokacin danna maɓallin sau ɗaya za a ɗaga darajar (maɓallin 2) ɗaya ko saukar da (maɓallin 3) ɗaya. 4.1. Zaɓi nau'in siginar shigarwa
- Kunna na'urar kuma jira har sai ta gama ginanniyar gwajin sashinta.
- Latsa maɓallin 2 don> 2 seconds. (misali tare da ƙaramin direba) Na'urar tana nuna "InP" ('INPUT').
- Yi amfani da maɓalli 2 ko maɓalli na 3 (tsakiyar resp. maɓallin dama) don zaɓar siginar shigarwa (duba tebur a ƙasa).
- Tabbatar da zaɓi tare da maɓallin 1 (maɓallin hagu). Nunin zai sake nuna "InP" kuma.
Dangane da siginar shigarwa da aka zaɓa, za a buƙaci ƙarin daidaitawa.

Da fatan za a kula: Lokacin canza yanayin aunawa "InP", siginar shigarwa "SEnS" da "Unit" duk saituna za a canza su zuwa tsohuwar masana'anta. Dole ne ku saita duk sauran saitunan. Wannan kuma ya shafi saituna don daidaitawa da daidaitawa tare da wuraren sauyawa!
4.2. Aunawa voltage da na yanzu (0-50mV, 0-1V, 0-2V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA)

- Danna maɓallin 1. Nunin yana nuna "SEnS".
- Zaɓi siginar shigarwar da ake so ta amfani da maɓalli 2 ko maɓalli 3 (maɓallin dama na tsakiya).

- Yi amfani da maɓallin 2 resp. maballin 3 don zaɓar ƙimar da ake so na'urar yakamata ta nuna lokacin da 0mA, 4mA resp. Ana haɗe siginar shigarwar 0V.
- Tabbatar da ƙimar da aka zaɓa ta danna maɓallin 1. Nunin yana nuna "di.Lo" kuma.
- Latsa maɓallin 1 kuma, nunin zai nuna "di.Hi" (Nuni High = ƙimar nuni mai girma).
- Yi amfani da maɓallin 2 resp button 4 don zaɓar ƙimar da ake so da na'urar ya kamata ta nuna lokacin da 20mA, 50mV, 1V, 2V resp. Ana haɗe siginar shigarwa 10V.
- Tabbatar da ƙimar da aka zaɓa ta danna maɓallin 1. Nunin yana nuna "di.Hi" kuma.
- Danna maɓallin 1 kuma. Nunin zai nuna "Li" (Iyaka = Ƙimar iyaka).
- Yi amfani da maɓallin 2 resp. maballin 3 don zaɓar iyakar iyakar awo da ake so.
