Download the Tuya Smart app and register an account. Navigate to 'Add Device' or the '+' icon, select 'Camera & Lock' and then 'Lock (Wi-Fi)'. Put your lock into pairing mode (usually by interacting with the keypad or reset button until LEDs blink) and follow the on-screen prompts to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Locate the reset button, often found inside the battery compartment on the rear panel. Press and hold the button for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a voice prompt confirming initialization. Note that this will delete all user data and return the administrator passcode to the default (often 1234567890).
