First Setup
1. HEADPHONES WITH AUTOMATIC CONNECTION
Press and hold the touch sensors on both earbuds for 3+ seconds to power on. One earbud will light solid white, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

2. BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
Select "JLab JBuds Air" in your device settings. Two beeps followed by solid white lights indicate your headphones are connected.

ADD NEW / ADDITIONAL BLUETOOTH DEVICES
Turn off Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the headphones from the case. They will automatically begin pairing via Bluetooth. Select "JLab JBuds Air" in the new device's settings to connect.
Button Functions
LEFT EARBUD
- Volume Down: Single click
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double click
- Answer Call: Single click
- End Call: Double click
- Decline Call: Press and hold for 1 second or longer
- Rewind: Press and hold for 1 second or longer
- Power On: Press and hold for 3+ seconds
- Switch EQ Setting: Triple click
RIGHT EARBUD
- Volume Up: Single click
- Answer Call: Single click
- End Call: Double click
- Decline Call: Press and hold for 1 second or longer
- Play/Pause: Double click
- Fast Forward: Press and hold for 1 second or longer
- Power On: Press and hold for 3+ seconds
- Switch EQ Setting: Triple click
Audio Prompts
- Power On: Chime sound
- Bluetooth Connected: Two beeps
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" prompt (when below 20%)
- Power Off: Chime sound
Power Off Headphones Without Charging Case
Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and disconnect from JBuds Air. The headphones will power off automatically after 3 minutes.
Customizable EQ3 Sound Settings
Tap either the right or left earbud three times to cycle through different EQ modes.

Charging the Headphones
1. Charging the Headphones
Ensure the L (left) and R (right) indicators on the earbuds align with the charging case for proper charging. The headphones will automatically power OFF and begin charging. Solid blue lights indicate the headphones are charging and will turn off when fully charged.

CHARGING CASE
Connect JBuds Air to a computer or a USB charger with a 5V 1A output (or lower). LED lights will blink white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

2. Automatic Connection on Removal
The headphones will automatically power ON and connect to your device as soon as they are removed from the case.
Fitting
Try all the optional Cush Fins and ear tips to ensure the best fit and seal. The Cush Fin is adjusted by fitting its contour around the microphone hole.

Troubleshooting
NO SOUND IN ONE EARBUD (MANUAL RESET)
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and delete the connection to JBuds Air.
- Open the charging case lid and leave both earbuds inside. With ONE earbud, quickly tap the button 7 times. The light will blink blue 4 times. Leave the earbuds in the charging case.
- Repeat with the other earbud. Tap the button quickly 7 times. The light will blink blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud to light solid white and the other to blink blue/white. You can now pair them with your Bluetooth device.
BLUETOOTH DEVICE CANNOT CONNECT OR RECONNECT
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and delete the connection to JBuds Air.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
- Open the charging case and wait for one earbud to light solid white and the other to blink blue/white.
- Select "JLab JBuds Air" in your device settings to reconnect.
Call Echo
Ensure the Cush Fin is not blocking the microphone if you experience echo or poor microphone audio with JBuds Air.

Quick Tips
- Dry the headphones completely before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage to the case. The headphones are sweat and water-resistant, but the case is not.
- Both headphones can connect to your device and be used independently. Remove an earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically connect to your device.
- Ensure the correct ear tip creates a tight seal against the speaker unit for significantly improved sound quality. Try all included ear tips to find the best fit.
WARNING
Dry the headphones completely before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage. The headphones are sweat and water-resistant, but the case is not.
Warnings
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing your headphones.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, degrading sound quality. Gently clean ear tips with a cotton swab or suitable tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
- Treat your headphones with care, similar to how you would handle expensive sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
