First-Time Setup

1. Automatic Pairing of Earbuds

A. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the stickers.

B. Press and hold both touch sensors for more than 3 seconds to turn on the earbuds. One earbud will glow solid white, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

2. Connect via Bluetooth

In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Executive". An audio prompt of two beeps and a solid white indicator light will confirm your connection.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn off Bluetooth on your previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on your new device. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" to connect.

Button Functions

Left Earbud

• Single Tap: Volume Down ?
• Double Tap: Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android) ?️

Right Earbud

• Single Tap: Volume Up ?

• Triple Tap: Notifications ON/OFF

Sound Alerts

• Power On: Melody
• Bluetooth Connected: 2 beeps
• Low Battery: "Low battery" (less than 20%)
• Power Off: Melody

Turning Off Earbuds Without Charging Case

Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and disconnect the JLab JBuds Air Executive. The earbuds will turn off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Equalizer (EQ) Modes

You can change equalizer settings by triple-tapping the left earbud. The equalizer settings will be confirmed by voice prompts. (JLab JBuds Air Exec earbuds will cycle through 3 equalizer settings).

• Special JLab EQ (One Beep): Special JLab C3™ sound with boosted vocals and bass.
• Balanced (Two Beeps): Balanced sound with no extra enhancements.
• Bass Boost (Three Beeps): More bass and deep bass.

Charging Earbuds

1. When you place the earbuds into the charging case, they will turn off and begin charging. Blue indicator lights show the earbuds are charging; the lights will turn off once charging is complete.

2. When you remove the earbuds from the case, they will automatically turn on and reconnect to your device.

Charging the Case

Connect the JLab JBuds Air Executive to a computer or a device with a USB output (5V 1A or less).

During charging, the indicator lights will blink white; once the earbuds are fully charged, the lights will be solid white.

Wearing the Earbuds

Try the optional Cush Fin attachments and all ear tips to find what fits you best and provides the best seal.

Insert the earbud into your ear canal and gently twist it so it fits securely in your ear.

Troubleshooting

Earbud Has No Sound or Earbuds Are Not Paired (Manual Reset)

1. Go to your Bluetooth settings and delete your JLab JBuds Air Executive earbuds. [Diagram A: Bluetooth settings screen.]

2. Open the charging case and leave both earbuds inside. Starting with ONE earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times. Leave the earbuds in the charging case. [Diagram C1: Close-up of earbud touch sensor.]

3. Repeat with the second earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times. [Diagram C2: Close-up of the other earbud touch sensor.]

4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them about 2 inches apart. Wait for one earbud to glow solid white and the other to flash blue/white. You can now begin pairing with your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting / Disconnecting

1. Go to your Bluetooth settings and delete your JLab JBuds Air Executive earbuds. [Diagram A: Bluetooth settings screen.]

2. Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on. [Diagram B: Bluetooth toggle switch.]

3. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one to glow solid white and the other to flash blue/white.

4. In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" to reconnect.

Quick Tips

• Completely dry your earbuds before placing them in the charging case.
• The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply pick one and remove it from the case to connect.
• Selecting the correct ear tip will significantly improve sound quality due to proper seal for the driver. Try all ear tips and choose the best one.
• Earbuds can only connect to ONE Bluetooth device at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device to connect.

Safety Warnings

Before placing the earbuds into the charging case, dry them completely.

If the earbuds are wet or damp, the charging case may be damaged. If the charging case shows signs of water/sweat damage, it will void the warranty.

• Do not expose earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
• Be careful not to drop or apply pressure to the earbuds.
• Earwax may accumulate in the earbud tips, potentially reducing sound quality. To restore sound quality, carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool.
• If you begin to feel discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or stop using the earbuds for a while.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• We recommend handling your earbuds with the same care as quality sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
