Before First Use
1. Earbuds with Auto-Connect Function
To power ON, press and hold both touch sensors for at least 3 seconds. One earbud will glow solid white, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating pairing readiness with the device.
Action: Press and hold touch sensors for at least 3 seconds.
2. Connect via Bluetooth
In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air". Two beeps and solid white LEDs indicate you are connected.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices
To disconnect Bluetooth from a previously paired device or activate a connection with a new device: Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically connect via Bluetooth. Select "JLab JBuds Air" in the new device's settings to connect.
Button Functions
Left Earbud
- Decrease Volume: Tap 1x
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Tap 2x
- Answer Call: Tap 1x
- Hang Up: Tap 2x
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
- Previous Track: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
- Power On: Press and hold for at least 3 seconds.
- Change EQ: Tap 3x
Right Earbud
- Increase Volume: Tap 1x
- Answer Call: Tap 1x
- Hang Up: Tap 2x
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
- Play/Pause: Tap 2x
- Next Track: Press and hold for at least 1 second.
- Power On: Press and hold for at least 3 seconds.
- Change EQ: Tap 3x
Voice and Tone Prompts
- Power On: Chime
- Connected via Bluetooth: Two Beeps
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" (Less than 20%)
- Power Off: Chime
Turn Off Earbuds Without Charging Case
Disable JBuds Air in your device's Bluetooth settings. The earbuds will turn OFF automatically after 3 minutes.
Custom EQ³ Sound Modes
Click the right or left earbud 3 times to cycle through different EQ settings (JBuds Air has 3 EQ settings that cycle).
- JLab Signature (One Beep): JLab C3™ Signature Sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- Balanced (Two Beeps): Even sound without additional amplification.
- Bass Boost (Three Beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.

Charging the Earbuds
1. Ensure correct placement: Pay attention to the corresponding L and R letters on the charging case to ensure correct charging. The earbuds will automatically turn OFF and charging will begin. Blue LEDs indicate charging. They will turn OFF when charging is complete.

2. Automatic Power On/Connection: The earbuds will automatically turn ON and reconnect to your device once removed from the case.

Charging Case
Connect the JBuds Air to a computer or USB power source with 5V 1A output (or less). The LEDs will pulse white during charging and glow solid white when charging is complete.

Fit
Try all included Cush Fins™ and ear tips to ensure a secure and sealed fit. Align the Cush Fin by following the contour around the microphone opening.

Troubleshooting
No Sound in One Earbud (Manual Reset)
- Disable JBuds Air in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Open the charging case lid and place both earbuds inside. Start with ONE earbud and press the button 7 times quickly. The light will now blink blue 4 times. Leave the earbuds in the case.
- Repeat the process with the other earbud. Press the button 7 times quickly. The light will now blink blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait until one earbud glows solid white and the other blinks blue/white. You are now ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Will Not Connect / Reconnect
- Disable JBuds Air in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Open the charging case and wait for one earbud to glow solid white and the other to blink blue/white.
- Remove the earbuds from the case. Wait for the left earbud to glow solid white and the right earbud to blink blue/white.
- In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air" to restore the connection.

Echo During Calls
If you hear an echo during calls, ensure the Cush Fin is not blocking the microphone opening.

Tips
- Dry the earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case to avoid damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the case is not.
- Each earbud can connect to your device and be used independently. When you remove an earbud from the case, it will automatically connect.
- Choosing the right ear tip ensures an optimal seal and a significantly improved audio experience. Try all included ear tips to find the best fit.

Caution ❗
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Wax buildup in the ear tips can affect sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily discontinuing use.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and store them in a safe place when not in use.
