Initial Setup
1. Auto-Connect Earbuds
A. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the protective stickers. ?️ [stickers]
B. Long press both touch sensors for 3 seconds or more to power on. One earbud will show a solid white light, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating it's ready to pair with your device. ? [pairing indicator]

2. Connect to Bluetooth
On your device's settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Executive". You will hear two beeps, and the white light will turn solid, indicating you are connected. ? [Bluetooth]
To Pair New/Additional Bluetooth Devices:
Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on your new device. Remove the earbuds from the case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device settings to connect.

Sound Alerts
The earbuds provide audio cues for various states:
- Power On: Beep ?
- Bluetooth Connected: Two beeps ?
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" announcement (below 20%) ?
- Power Off: Beep ?
EQ Modes
Triple tap either earbud to cycle through three EQ settings. Voice prompts will announce the selected mode:
- JLab Classic Mode: Single beep. Enhances vocals and bass.
- Balanced Mode: Two beeps. Provides balanced sound without extra enhancements.
- Bass Boost Mode: Three beeps. Amplifies bass and sub-bass frequencies.
Charging Earbuds
1. Charging Earbuds in Case
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging. A blue light indicates the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged. ? [charging indicator]
2. Charging the Case
Connect the charging case to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) power source using the provided USB cable. ? The charging indicator light will flash white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged. ? [charging indicator]

3. Auto-Power On & Reconnect
When removed from the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and reconnect to your last paired device. ? [auto-reconnect]
Accessories
Experiment with all the included Cush Fins ear stabilizers and ear tips to achieve the best fit and seal for optimal sound quality. ?

Troubleshooting
No Audio or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset)
If you experience no audio in one or both earbuds, or if they disconnect from each other:
- On your Bluetooth device settings, forget the "JLab JBuds Air Executive". ❌ [forget device] (See Diagram A)
- Place both earbuds in the charging case.
- On one earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor seven times. The light will flash blue three times. Leave the earbud in the case. (See Diagram C1)
- Repeat the same process for the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor seven times. The light will flash blue three times. (See Diagram C2)
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case, keeping them within two inches of each other.
- Wait for one earbud to show a solid white light, and the other to flash blue/white. This indicates they are ready to pair with your device.
- Pair your Bluetooth device by selecting "JLab JBuds Air Executive".

Bluetooth Not Connecting / Reconnecting
- On your Bluetooth device settings, forget the "JLab JBuds Air Executive". ❌ [forget device] (See Diagram A)
- Turn Bluetooth off and then back on your device. ?➡️? (See Diagram B)
- Remove the earbuds from the case. Wait for one earbud to show a solid white light and the other to flash blue/white.
- In your device settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" to reconnect. ✅ [reconnect]

Tips & Warnings
Tips:
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. ?
- The left and right earbuds can be used individually for music or calls. Simply remove one earbud from the case to connect.
- Selecting the correct ear tip size is crucial for proper seal and sound quality. Experiment to find the best fit.
- Connect to only one Bluetooth device at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unused devices to ensure a smooth connection to your desired device.
Warnings:
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity. ?❄️
- Do not drop or apply excessive pressure to the earbuds. ⬇️?
- Earwax may accumulate on the ear tips, potentially reducing sound quality. Clean gently with a cotton swab or small tool. ?
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break. If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor. ??⚕️
- Treat your JLab JBuds Air Exec with care, similar to how you would handle fine eyewear. Store them safely when not in use. ?
