First-Time Setup

1. Automatic Earbud Connection

A. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and remove any decals.

B. Press and hold both touch sensors for at least 3 seconds to turn ON the power. One earbud will light solid white, and the other earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

2. Connect to Bluetooth

Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings. Two beeps followed by white light indicate you are connected.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn OFF Bluetooth on any connected devices that were previously paired to the earbuds. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically go into Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings to connect.

Powering Off Earbuds Without the Charging Case

Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and disconnect JBuds Air Executive. The earbuds will turn OFF after 3 minutes.

Equalizer Modes

Press three times on the left earbud to cycle through EQ settings. Audio prompts will indicate the different EQ options.

• JLab Signature: JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
• Balanced: Even sound without extra sound enhancements.
• Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and sub-bass.

Charging the Earbuds

1. The earbuds will turn off and begin charging when placed in the charging case. Blue light indicates the earbuds are charging and will turn off when charging is complete.
2. When the earbuds are removed from the case, they will automatically turn ON and reconnect to your device.

Charging Case

Connect your JBuds Air Executive to a computer or any other type of USB charger with 5V 1A (or less).

Fitting

Try the different Cush Fin and ear tip options for the best possible fit and seal.

Place the earbud in the ear canal and twist it slightly to adjust for the best fit.

Troubleshooting

No Sound in Left Earbud or Earbuds Disconnecting (Manual Reset)

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget JBuds Air Executive. [See Fig A]
2. Open the charging case lid and leave both earbuds inside. With ONE earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor seven (7) times. The light will flash blue three (3) times. Leave the earbuds in the charging case. [See Fig C1]
3. Repeat for the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor seven (7) times. The light will flash blue three (3) times. [See Fig C2]
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and hold them within two (2) inches of each other. Wait for one earbud to light solid white and the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to pair them with your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting / Reconnecting

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget JBuds Air Executive. [See Fig A]
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON. [See Fig B]
3. Remove the earbuds from the case. Wait until one of them lights solid white and the other flashes blue/white.
4. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings to reconnect.

Quick Tips

• Wipe the earbuds before placing them back in the charging case.
• The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to pair it.
• Choosing the correct ear tip can make a significant improvement in audio quality due to a proper seal for the driver. Test all different ear tips to find the best results.
• You can only pair to one Bluetooth device at a time. Turn off the Bluetooth function on devices that should not be connected.

Warning

Wipe the earbuds thoroughly before placing them in the charging case. If the earbuds are damp or wet, it will damage the charging case. The warranty will be void if the charging case is damaged by water/sweat.

Warning

• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• Wax can build up on the earbud tips and impair sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or refraining from using the earbuds for a while. If you frequently experience discomfort while using the product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
• We recommend treating your earbuds the same way you would treat a pair of fine sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
