Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach part 1 (Top Panel) to part 3 (Side Panels) using screws A (x6), C (x6), R (x2), and Q (x2). Ensure parts are aligned correctly.

Step 2

Attach part 5 (Shelf Panel) and part 4 (Back Panel) to the assembled structure from Step 1. Use screws A (x2), C (x2), E (x6), G (x3), and A (x4), C (x4). Also attach drawer slides (part 5) to the side panels using screws E (x12) and G (x6).

Step 3

Attach part 6 (Drawer Support Panel) to the structure. Use screws A (x2), G (x3), E (x6), and T (x2). Also attach drawer slides (part 6) to the side panels using screws E (x12), G (x6), A (x4), and T (x2).

Step 4

Attach part 4 (Back Panel) to part 6 (Drawer Support Panel) and part 5 (Shelf Panel). Use screws B (x4) and B (x4) to secure part 4 to the side panels.

Step 5

Continue assembling the main frame. Attach part 4 (Back Panel) to part 1 (Top Panel) and part 6 (Drawer Support Panel) using screws B (x2) and B (x2).

Step 6

Attach part 4 (Back Panel) to part 1 (Top Panel) and part 6 (Drawer Support Panel) using screws B (x2).

Step 7

Attach part 3 (Side Panels) to part 7 (Drawer Front/Side Panels). The fluted side of part 3 should face outwards.

Step 8

Attach part 2 (Bottom Panel) to the assembled structure. Use hardware K (x1), D (x6), and C (x6) to secure part 2 to the side panels (part 3).

Step 9

Attach support rods 15 (x2) and 16 (x1) to the top of the unit. Use hardware L (x2) and K (x1) to secure them.

Step 10

Attach the remaining drawer slides (part 10) to the assembled drawer units. Use hardware K (x1) and N (x7) to secure them.

Step 11

Attach drawer slides (part 11) to the cabinet structure. Use screws I (x16) and E (x16).

Step 12

Attach drawer slides (part 12) to the cabinet structure. Use screws F (x2) and S (x2).

Step 13

Assemble drawer components. Attach part 9 to part 10 using screws A (x12) and P (x6). Attach part 10 to part 9 using screws A (x12) and P (x6). Use O (x3) for alignment. Note: If screw B is difficult to tighten, rotate screw A on part 9 counterclockwise 90-120 degrees, then tighten screw B.

Step 14

Assemble drawer components. Attach part 11 to part 9 using screws J (x12) and B (x12). Attach part 12 to part 11 using screws J (x12) and B (x12).

Step 15

Assemble drawer components. Attach part 13 to part 14, 11, and 9 using screws F (x12).

Step 16

Assemble drawer components. Attach part 10 to part 11 using screws J (x12) and B (x12). Note: If screw B is difficult to tighten, rotate screw A on part 10 counterclockwise 90-120 degrees, then tighten screw B.

Step 17

Assemble drawer components. Attach part 13 to part 14, 11, and 10 using screws F (x12).

Step 18

Attach drawer slides (part 11) to the cabinet structure using screws E (x12) and H (x6). Attach drawer slides (part 12) to the cabinet structure using screws E (x12) and H (x6).

Step 19

Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet. The final assembly shows the dresser with drawers extended.
