Step 14: Product Assembly

Attach SD shoe blocks and CG angle brackets to the bottom of the dresser using PR2 screws and PC3 screws, respectively. Ensure secure attachment.

Step 15: Product Assembly

1ST: Position the back panels (15) onto the rear of the dresser. Ensure the panels are aligned correctly with the top and sides.

2ND: Carefully place the furniture on its front, ideally on the original packaging box, to protect it while attaching the back panels. Use PH screws to secure the back panels.

3RD: After ensuring the back panel is squared to the side and top, use PR1 nails to secure the back panel in place. Attention: Ensure that when nailing the back parts in place, they are nailed as straight as possible to the top and sides. Failure to do so can make the drawers appear crooked.

Alignment Note: It is essential to place the furniture straight/squared to avoid problems with the functioning and alignment of the drawers and doors. ✔️ (Correct) ❌ (Incorrect)

Step 16: Drawer Installation

Insert the drawer slides into their corresponding profiles on the dresser and close the drawers to finish locking the clips. The table indicates weight capacities or component weights: A (35 kg / 77.16 lb), B (6 kg / 13.23 lb).

Installation Instructions:

Note: Do not turn the DRYWALL ANCHOR into a wall stud. If you prefer to fasten the SAFETY ANTI-TIPPING to a wall stud, go to your local hardware store for proper hardware.

General Steps:

  1. Compress the wings of the anchor before inserting.
  2. Insert the anchor (BG) into the wall or a pre-drilled hole. Pierce the base material with a 0.39 in. drill.
  3. Position the furniture or bracket (SF) over the anchor and secure it with a screw (PF4 or PC10).

Important: The minimum length of the screw must be the bushing length plus the object thickness that will be fixed. To guarantee the wing expansion function of the bushing, after the screw head is at the object to be fixed, continue to rotate the screw until maximum torque is reached.

Hardware for Anti-tipping: SF (Mounting bracket, 2), ANY (Clamp, 1), PC10 (Screw 4.5x50, 2), PF4 (Screw 3.5x16 BO, 2), BG (Anchor sleeve, 2).

Care and Maintenance

To remove printed numbers or markings from the surfaces, apply a small amount of glass cleaner or hand sanitizer to a paper towel and wipe the surface.
