ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS QUEEN

Dear Customer : Thanks a lot for choosing our product. Please read each step carefully. It's very important that each step of the instructions is performed in the correct order. If these steps are not followed in sequence, assembly difficulties will occur.

Important Notices

• Please retain these instructions for future reference.
• Please read the instruction sheets completely before assembly. Remove all parts from the carton and ensure all components are included before assembly.
• Assemble the bed on a protected surface to avoid scratching the components of the bed. Be careful not to cross-thread screws. Please use a piece of the cardboard packaging to protect your floor and product.
• Two people are recommended for assembly! ??
• Do not tighten all screws before you have installed all the parts of the bed.
• If you assemble your bed and smell a weird smell of the material, please don't worry; it's very normal. Air it for 1 or 2 days on your balcony, patio, or near your window. Our bed has been certified by the environment authority, so it won't hurt your health; it's completely safe.

Return, Damage Claim, and Warranty Information

Return and Damage Claim Instructions

• If the package is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and attach a photo of the damage.
• Return Policy: This item can be returned within 30 days without any reason. If you return for personal reasons, you need to bear the freight of returns and an order processing fee (0-50% restocking fee based on the invoice price). If the product has quality issues (not caused by humans), we will bear the freight.
• If you need to return goods, please keep the original box. Use the return label provided and do not return without permission. Do not share a label with multiple boxes.
• Returns after 30 days from receiving the item will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty

Our team aims to improve customer service and make your experience easy and smooth.

Return Policy Clarification: Items can be returned within 30 days without major reason. After receiving the returned item, it will be checked for damage before processing a refund. Refer to the RETURN/DAMAGE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS for more details.

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. For damage within the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge. For damage due to personal reasons, parts can be replaced, but shipping fees will apply.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

• Warranty claims submitted after the limited warranty period will not be considered.
• This warranty does not cover products purchased by mistake.

Assembly Guidelines and Tips

Before installation, please ensure you have all parts listed in the manual. If anything is missing, stop assembly and contact your supplier immediately.

Assembly Tips:

• Do not tighten screws one after another immediately. Leave some space for adjustment until all screws are aligned with holes.
• If screws do not align with holes, loosen them slightly and then tighten diagonally.
• If the product is uneven or unstable after assembly, loosen screws and apply pressure to ensure stability.
• Remove all parts from the carton and place them on a protected surface or carpet.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach side frame connectors (12) to the headboard frame (13) and footboard frame (11) using screws C (2pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). Note: there are 4 nuts in this side.

Step 2

Attach side rails (12) to the headboard frame (13) and footboard frame (11) using screws C (2pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). The diagram shows the side rails connecting to the previously assembled headboard/footboard structure.

Step 3

Attach bed frame supports (16) to the side rails (12) using screws F (8pcs), screws C (8pcs), and Allen wrench J (1pc). Do not tighten any bolts yet.

Step 4

Step 1: Attach the center support rail (6) to the headboard frame (13) and footboard frame (11) using screws C (4pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). Do not tighten any bolts yet.

Step 2: Attach the center support rail (6) to the bed frame supports (16) using screws D (4pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). The screws D are color zinc.

Step 5

Attach the center support leg (8) to the center support rail (7) using screws E (4pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). Then, attach the center support rails (7) to the bed frame supports (16) using screws E (4pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc).

Step 6

Attach the bed frame supports (16) to the side rails (12) using screws C (4pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). Do not tighten any bolts yet.

Step 7

Attach bed frame supports (16) to the side rails (12) using screws C (2pcs), E (1pc), and Allen wrench J (1pc). Tighten any bolts.

Step 8

Step 1: Attach drawer front panel support (18) and drawer back panel support (19) to the side rails (12) using screws C (2pcs) and D (6pcs), and Allen wrench J (1pc).

Step 2: Attach drawer slide rails (17) to the bed frame supports (16) using screws C (2pcs), D (6pcs), and Allen wrench J (1pc).

Step 9

Step 1: Attach part C (4pcs) and part 22 (4pcs) to the bed frame using screws G (6pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). Also attach part 13 and 14 to the frame.

Step 2: Attach part 21 (2pcs) and part H (2pcs) to the frame using screws D (2pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). The screws D are color zinc.

Step 10

Attach drawer slide rails (21) to the frame using screws D (2pcs) and Allen wrench J (1pc). The screws D are color zinc.

Assemble the headboard frame. This step involves attaching various panels and supports to form the headboard structure.

Assemble the drawer boxes. This involves connecting the drawer base panels (23) with drawer front (24), back (25), and side connectors (21, 26), using screws and brackets.

Step 13

Attach the assembled headboard frame to the main bed frame. This step involves connecting the headboard structure to the side rails and footboard.

Attach the headboard frame components (13, 14, 15) to the main bed frame using screws and Allen wrench.

Step 15

Attach the slatted base supports (5) to the bed frame supports (16) and center support rail (7). The diagram shows multiple slats being laid across the frame.

Insert the assembled drawers into the bed frame. Attach wheels (V) to the bottom of the drawers if applicable.
