Helpful Tips
Installing Cam
Identify the arrow on the cam. The arrow MUST point toward the hole in the edge of the panel. Push the cam all the way down into the hole.
[Diagram: Cam with an arrow, being inserted into a panel edge hole.]
Cam and Dowel Alignment
Ensure the cam arrow points toward the hole and insert the cam dowel into the hole. Make sure the pieces join together.
[Diagram: Cam and dowel being aligned and inserted into two connecting panels.]
Tightening Cam
Use a screwdriver to turn the cam clockwise until fully tightened. Slightly more than half a turn is recommended.

Assembly Steps
1. Drawer Preassembly
This process is repeated twice (x2) for two drawers.
1A. Side Panels
Attach side panels (06) using dowels (C1).
[Diagram: Two drawer side panels (06) being joined with dowels (C1) inserted into pre-drilled holes.]
1B. Side Panels with Dowels
Attach side panels (07) using dowels (C1).
[Diagram: Two drawer side panels (07) being joined with dowels (C1) inserted into pre-drilled holes.]
1C. Back Panels
Attach back panels (08) using dowels (C1).
[Diagram: Two drawer back panels (08) being joined with dowels (C1) inserted into pre-drilled holes.]
1D. Drawer Base and Front
Attach drawer base (09) and front panel (11) to the assembled drawer sides using cam screws (PM) and cam locks (TM). Ensure correct orientation.
[Diagram: Drawer assembly showing sides, base, and front panel being connected with cam screws (PM) and cam locks (TM). A screwdriver is shown tightening a cam lock. A separate diagram shows the correct way to insert a screw and cam lock.]
2. Drawers Mounting
This process is repeated twice (x2) for two drawers.
Attach drawer slides (CM4A/CM4B) to the drawer sides (06, 07, 08, 09) using screws (PE18), allen key (CZ3), and screw cap covers (TP2).
[Diagram: Drawer assembly showing the attachment of drawer slides (CM4A/CM4B) to the drawer box. Screws (PE18) and allen key (CZ3) are used. Screw cap covers (TP2) are applied.]
3. Drawer Mounting (Cam Locks)
Insert cam locks (TM) into the designated holes on the drawer front panel (11). Use a screwdriver to turn the cam locks clockwise to secure the drawer base (09) and sides.
[Diagram: Close-up of cam lock (TM) being inserted and tightened with a screwdriver to secure drawer components.]
4. Drawer Mounting (Supports)
Attach black triangular supports (S5) to the drawer base (09) using screws (PC5).
[Diagram: Drawer base (09) with triangular supports (S5) being attached using screws (PC5).]
5. Drawer Mounting (Slides)
Attach drawer slides (CM4A, CM4B) to the main cabinet body (01, 02) using screws (PC3). Ensure wheels face the back of the drawer. The process is repeated twice (x2).
[Diagram: Cabinet side panels (01, 02) with drawer slides (CM4A, CM4B) being attached using screws (PC3). Arrows indicate the orientation of the slides. A warning states: "Please ensure that these screws are complete screwed in. As failure to do so could cause issues when installing the drawer." Another warning states: "Wheels should Always be towards the back of the Drawers." ]
6. Drawer Final Assembly (Handles)
Attach handles (PX) to the drawer front panels (11) using screws (PF2). Use the indentations on the drawer front as a guide for placement.
[Diagram: Drawer front panel (11) with handle (PX) being attached using screws (PF2). An indentation is shown as a guide.]
7. Preassembly of Parts
Insert dowels (C1) and cam screws (PM) into the main cabinet panels (01, 02, 03, 05) as shown.
[Diagram: Panels 01, 02, 03, 05 with dowels (C1) and cam screws (PM) being inserted into pre-drilled holes.]
8. Attaching Drawer Slides to Cabinet
Attach drawer slides (CM4C, CM4D) to the main cabinet side panels (01, 02) using screws (PC3). Ensure correct orientation (Front/Back, Up/Down). Detailed view shows correct hole location for screw (PC3).
[Diagram: Cabinet side panels (01, 02) with drawer slides (CM4C, CM4D) being attached. Arrows indicate front/back and up/down orientation. A detailed view shows the correct placement of screw (PC3) in the slide.]
9. Product Assembly (Cam Locks)
Connect side panels (01, 02) to the bottom/base panel (04) and shelf (05) using cam locks (TM) and screw cap covers (TP1). The process involves inserting cam screws into one panel and cam locks into the connecting panel, then tightening.
[Diagram: Panels being joined using cam lock system. Cam screws (TM) and cam locks (TM) are shown. Screw cap covers (TP1) are applied.]
10. Product Assembly (Legs)
Attach legs (P1) to the bottom/base panel (04) using screws (PE18) and allen key (CZ3). Screw cap covers (TP2) are applied.
[Diagram: Bottom/base panel (04) with legs (P1) being attached using screws (PE18) and allen key (CZ3). Screw cap covers (TP2) are applied.]
11. Product Assembly (Cam Locks)
Connect the top panel (03) to the side panels (01, 02) using cam locks (TM) and screw cap covers (TP1).
[Diagram: Top panel (03) being attached to side panels (01, 02) using cam lock system. Cam screws (TM) and cam locks (TM) are shown. Screw cap covers (TP1) are applied.]
12. Attaching Back Panel
Attach the back panel (10) to the assembled cabinet using nails (PR1). Ensure the cabinet is square before nailing. Place the furniture on its front on the original box for protection during this step. Ensure nails are straight.
[Diagram: Cabinet with back panel (10) being attached with nails (PR1). Instructions emphasize squaring the unit and nailing straight. A checkmark and cross diagram indicates correct vs. incorrect alignment.]
13. Installing Legs
