Wannan na'urar ta bi Sashe na 15 na Dokokin FCC. Idan wannan kayan aiki ya haifar da tsangwama mai cutarwa ga rediyo ko liyafar talabijin, wanda za'a iya tantance shi ta hanyar kashe kayan aiki da kunnawa, ana ƙarfafa mai amfani da yayi ƙoƙarin gyara kutse ta ɗayan matakan masu zuwa:

  • Duk wani canje-canje ko gyare-gyaren da ƙungiyar da ke da alhakin bin doka ba ta amince da su ba na iya ɓata ikon mai amfani na sarrafa wannan kayan aikin.
  • Wannan mai watsawa dole ne a kasance tare ko aiki tare tare da kowane eriya ko mai watsawa.

Bayanin Masana'antu Kanada
Wannan na'urar ta dace da ma'auni(s) na RSS na masana'antar Kanada. Aikin yana ƙarƙashin sharuɗɗa biyu masu zuwa:
(1) wannan na'urar bazai haifar da tsangwama ba, kuma
(2) dole ne wannan na'urar ta karɓi kowane tsangwama, gami da tsangwama wanda zai iya haifar da aikin da ba a so na na'urar.

  • Na'urar zata iya dakatar da watsawa ta atomatik idan babu bayanin watsawa ko gazawar aiki. Lura cewa ba a nufin wannan don hana watsa iko ko bayanin sigina ko amfani da lambobin maimaitawa inda fasahar ke buƙata.

Bugu da ƙari, an ware radars masu ƙarfi a matsayin masu amfani na farko (watau masu amfani da fifiko) na makada 5250-5350 MHz da 5650-5850 MHz, kuma waɗannan radars na iya haifar da tsangwama da/ko lalata na'urorin LE-LAN.

(3) Wannan mai watsa rediyo na iya aiki kawai ta amfani da eriya nau'i da matsakaicin (ko ƙarami) da Texas Instrument ta yarda. Nau'in eriya waɗanda ba a haɗa su cikin jeri ba, suna samun riba sama da matsakaicin riba da aka nuna don irin wannan, an hana su sosai don amfani da wannan mai watsawa.
