No, Oaks Aura LED ceiling fans cannot be used with wall dimmer switches. Doing so may interfere with the remote receiver signal and cause the fan or proper lighting functions to fail. You should only use the provided remote or standard ON/OFF switches.
Turn on the main power from the wall switch. Within 5 seconds of the power turning on, press and hold the pairing key on your remote for more than 3 seconds. The ceiling fan receiver will beep twice to confirm successful pairing.
