STEP 1
Attach the Left Metal Plate (3) and Right Metal Plate (4) to the headboard/footboard support panels (1) using Long Bolts (B), Flat Washers (D), Spring Washers (E), and the Allen Wrench (F).
Parts Used:
- Long Bolt (B): 8 pcs
- Flat Washer (D): 8 pcs
- Spring Washer (E): 8 pcs
- Allen Wrench (F): 1 pc
STEP 2
Connect the Side Rails (2) to the Leg assemblies (5) using Long Bolts (C), Flat Washers (D), Spring Washers (E), and the Allen Wrench (F).
Parts Used:
- Long Bolt (C): 2 pcs
- Flat Washer (D): 2 pcs
- Spring Washer (E): 2 pcs
- Allen Wrench (F): 1 pc
STEP 3
Attach the main bed frame components. Connect the Lower Bed Panels (2) to the side supports using Short Bolts (A), Flat Washers (D), Spring Washers (E), and the Allen Wrench (F). Also, attach the Left Lower Rail (8) and Right Lower Rail (9) to the frame.
Parts Used:
- Short Bolt (A): 8 pcs
- Flat Washer (D): 8 pcs
- Spring Washer (E): 8 pcs
- Allen Wrench (F): 1 pc
STEP 4
Install the Center Rail (13) and the Bed Slat-Supports With Leveler (14) onto the main bed frame.
STEP 5
Attach the Roll Slats (6) across the bed frame using Flat Head Screws (I). Note: For the trundle slats, leave a small space at the edges to prevent breakage.
Parts Used:
- Flat Head Screw (I): 20 pcs
NOTE: Do not lock the screws of the trundle slats to the uttermost edge. You need to leave a certain space at the edges, otherwise it will cause the board to break.
STEP 6
Assemble the trundle bed frame. Attach the trundle components (17, 18, 19) using Flat Head Screws (G, I) and Square Patches (H).
Parts Used:
- Flat Head Screw (G): 24 pcs
- Square Patch (H): 4 pcs
- Flat Head Screw (I): 16 pcs
STEP 7
Attach the Wheels (7) to the trundle bed frame using Flat Head Screws (G).
Parts Used:
- Flat Head Screw (G): 16 pcs
- Wheels (7): 4 pcs
STEP 8
Assembly is COMPLETE. The bed with trundle is now ready for use.
