Note: Place all parts on a clean and smooth surface, such as a rug or carpet, to avoid scratching. Before beginning, follow the assembly instructions step by step. Do not tighten all screws and bolts until the bed is fully set up.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the Left Upper Rail (6) and Right Upper Rail (8) to the Left Bed Panel (1) and Right Bed Panel (2). Use 8x Bolts (C), 8x Spring Washers (D), and 8x Flat Washers (E). Tighten with the Allen Wrench (G). The diagram shows the rails connecting to the side panels, with specific points indicated for the hardware.

Step 2

Insert the Headboard Panel (4) between the Left Bed Panel (1) and Right Bed Panel (2). Secure it using 20x Flat Head Screws (B). The diagram illustrates the headboard panel fitting into pre-drilled holes on the side panels, with screws being driven in from the exterior.

Step 3

Attach the Patches (F) to the Headboard Panel (4) and the side panels (1, 2). Use 8x Bolts (C), 8x Spring Washers (D), and 8x Flat Washers (E). Tighten with the Allen Wrench (G). The diagram shows four patches being affixed to the headboard and two to each side panel for structural reinforcement.

Step 4

Attach the Back Panel Trundle (5) and Front Panel Trundle (7) to the main bed frame. Use 24x Flat Head Screws (A) and 4x Square Patches (H). The diagram shows the trundle side panels being connected to the bed structure, utilizing screws and square patches for secure attachment.

Step 5

Attach the Wheels (9) to the bottom of the trundle panels (5, 7). Use 16x Flat Head Screws (A). The diagram illustrates the wheels being screwed into the pre-drilled locations on the underside of the trundle structure.

Step 6

Assembly is complete. The diagram shows the fully assembled daybed with the trundle extended.
