ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION (Full) (Queen)

This document provides detailed instructions for assembling the Latitude Run HBIG1969 Full Queen Bed. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly. Ensure all parts and hardware are accounted for.

Product Overview

The Latitude Run HBIG1969 is a Full Queen size upholstered platform bed featuring a storage headboard, a twin XL size trundle, and two drawers. The bed is designed for easy assembly with provided hardware.

Note: Bed parts are shipped inside a compartment in the front storage of the headboard.

Remark: Extra hardware provided.

Caution:

  1. Do not fully tighten the nut or screw until all parts are ready to assemble.
  2. Do not over-tighten the nut or screw to avoid causing damage to the thread.
  3. Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1: Trundle Bed Assembly (1 pc)

Assemble the Trundle Bed. Attach the trundle slats (Q) to the trundle frame. Fix the trundle slat cubes (R) at the bottom of the 1st, 4th, 7th, and 10th slat using 4x CSK M4 x 32mm screws (17). Fix the wheels (16) on every cube using 8x Wheel (16) and 8x CSK M3.5 x 16mm screws (11).

COMPLETED ASSEMBLY

STEP 2: Drawer Assembly (2 pcs)

Assemble the Drawer. Attach drawer front panel (L) and drawer back panel (J) to drawer side panels (K) using 8x CSK M3.5 x 16mm screws (11) and 8x CSK M4 x 38mm screws (15). Attach drawer bottom panel (M) using 8x CSK M4 x 25mm screws (20). Attach wheels (16) to the bottom of the drawer using 8x CSK M3.5 x 16mm screws (11).

STEP 3: Main Bed Frame Assembly

Attach the Bed Legs (G) to the Footboard (D) using 2x Dowel M8 (7) and 2x JCBC M6 x 70mm screws (2). Attach the Bed Legs (G) to the Headboard (A) using 2x Dowel M8 (7) and 2x JCBC M6 x 70mm screws (2). Attach the Headboard Legs (B) to the Headboard (A) using 4x JCBC M6 x 40mm screws (4), 4x Flat Washer M6 (6), 4x Spring Washer M6 (19), and 4x Allen Key M4(100mm) [tool-icon] (13).

STEP 4: Connecting Rails

Attach the Side Rails (C) to the Headboard Legs (B) using 4x JCBB M8 x 20mm screws (1) and 4x Allen Key M5(65mm) [tool-icon] (14). Attach the Footboard (D) to the Side Rails (C) using 4x JCBB M8 x 20mm screws (1) and 4x Allen Key M5(65mm) [tool-icon] (14).

STEP 5: Headboard Support Bar

Attach the Headboard Support Bar (E) to the backside of the Headboard Legs (Part B) using 4x JCBB M8 x 25mm screws (5) and 4x Allen Key M5(65mm) [tool-icon] (14).

STEP 6: Trundle Bed & Drawer Attachment Options

Decide the side for the trundle bed & drawers. Option 1: Attach the Center Support Rail (I) to the Headboard Support Bar (E) using 1x JCBC M6 x 40mm screw (4), 1x Flat Washer M6 (6), and 1x Allen Key M4(100mm) [tool-icon] (13). Option 2: Attach the Center Support Rail (I) to the Footboard (D) and Side Rails (C). Follow the markings to attach the U-Bracket (10) to the Footboard (D) using 4x CSK M4 x 20mm screws (9). The diagram also shows attaching the Center Support Rail (I) to the Side Rails (C) using 6x CSK M4 x 20mm screws (9). Optional: Add drawer stopper (18).

STEP 7: Slat Installation & Final Assembly

Install the Bed Slats (H) onto the Side Rails (C) and Center Support Rail (I) using 20x CSK M4 x 30mm screws (12). Attach the Center Support Legs (F) to the Center Support Rail (I) using 4x JCBC M6 x 60mm screws (3) and 4x Adjuster M6 [leveling-foot-icon] (8). Adjust the leveling feet of the Center Support Legs (F) to touch the floor. Lastly, place the trundle bed and drawers inside the assembled bed frame.
