Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach the Left Vertical Bar (3A) and Right Vertical Bar (3B) to the Panel Top (1). Secure with Clamp Pins (J-1, 1 pc), M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 2 pcs), Ø11.5 x 15mm Horizontal-Hole bolts (B, 4 pcs), and 1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (A, 4 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 2.1
Attach the Middle Vertical Bar (4) to the structure. Secure with Ø11.5 x 15mm Horizontal-Hole bolts (B, 2 pcs) and 1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (A, 2 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 2.2
Slide the Panels (5) into the designated slots. (x2)
Step 3
Attach the Crossbar (2) to the main frame. Secure with 1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (A, 6 pcs) and Ø11.5 x 15mm Horizontal-Hole bolts (B, 6 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 4
Attach the Foot Board (11) to the front of the bed frame. Secure using Plastic Feet (U, 2 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 5
Attach the Left Side Rail (12A) and Right Side Rail (12B) to the bed frame. Also, attach the Standing Shelf Bodies (6A and 6B) to the sides. Secure with 1/4" x 30mm Hex-Head bolts (E, 4 pcs) and 1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (A, 8 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 6
Attach the headboard panels to the main structure. Secure with 1/4" x 40mm Hex-Head bolts (C, 4 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 7
Insert and secure the Wooden Shelves (7) into the Standing Shelf Bodies (6A and 6B). Use 1/4" x 55mm Hex-Head bolts (G, 16 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 8
Attach Panels (9) to the sides of the bed frame. Secure with M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 16 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 9
Attach Hinges (H, 3 pcs) and Clamp Pins (J-1, 2 pcs) to the headboard structure. Secure with M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 19 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 10
Attach the Cabinet Wing (10) to the headboard assembly. Secure with M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 9 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 11
Attach Clamp Pins (J-2, 3 pcs) to the headboard assembly. Secure with M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 6 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 12
Attach the Crankshaft mechanism (K, 1 set) to the side of the bed frame. Secure with M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 8 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 13
Attach three Slats (F1) to the bed frame using 1/4" x 30mm Hex-Head bolts (E, 3 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 14
Attach the remaining Slats (F, 7 pcs and F1, 3 pcs) to the bed frame. Secure drawer side rails with Plastic Drawer Stoppers (S, 8 pcs) and M4 x 30mm Wood Screws (L, 20 pcs). Also use M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 8 pcs). Tighten with Allen Key (R) ?.
Step 15.1
Attach Support Pins (M, 8 pcs) to the headboard structure.
Step 15.2
Insert the Moving Shelves (8) into the designated slots. (x2)
Step 16
Assemble the lamp components. Attach Lamp parts (N-1, 4 pcs) and (N-2, 2 pcs) to the headboard.
Step 17
Complete the lamp assembly. Attach Lamp parts (N-3, 2 pcs) and (N-4, 4 pcs) to the headboard.
Step 18.1
Assemble the drawer sides (16) to the drawer back panels (17). Secure with M4 x 30mm Wood Screws (L, 8 pcs). Repeat for the second drawer.
Step 18.2
Insert the Drawer Front Panels (15) and the drawer support bottom (13) into the assembled drawer sides. (x2)
Step 19.1
Attach Drawer Back Panels (14) to Drawer Front Panels (15). Secure with M4 x 30mm Wood Screws (L, 8 pcs). Repeat for the second drawer.
Step 19.2
Attach drawer components using M4 x 12mm Wood Screws (P, 16 pcs) and Wheels (O, 8 pcs). Repeat for the second drawer.
Step 20.1
Attach drawer components using M4 x 12mm Wood Screws (P, 8 pcs) and Steel Brackets (Q, 4 pcs). Repeat for the second drawer.
Step 20.2
Attach Slats (F2, 10 pcs) to the bed frame. Secure other components with M4 x 30mm Wood Screws (L, 20 pcs), Steel Brackets (Q, 3 pcs), and M4 x 20mm Wood Screws (D, 12 pcs).
Step 21
Final assembly check. Ensure all parts are correctly installed and drawers are inserted. ➡️
