Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance of the equipment without supervision.

Drill Bit Installation

Follow these steps to install a drill bit:

  1. Ensure the milling machine is not connected to the power supply.
  2. Connect the drill bit head to the selected milling machine.
  3. To change the bit, ensure the head is not operating.
  4. Turn the collar counter-clockwise until you hear the characteristic "click" sound.
  5. Insert the desired drill bit into the head.
  6. To secure the collet, simply turn the collar clockwise until the aforementioned "click" is heard.

Diagrams show the handpiece, the collet being opened, a bit being inserted, and the collet being closed to secure the bit.

Caution: To remove the drill bit, follow the same procedure as when changing the bit.

Attention: Do not operate the milling machine motor if the bit holder is in the open position and there is no bit in the head (this can damage or burn the machine). Remember that after finishing work, the bit holder must always be clamped or secured with a stopper.

Machine Setup

  1. Set up the device in a work area that is not excessively humid, hot, or dirty.
  2. Connect the head cable connector to the front of the machine.
  3. Install the correct drill bit according to the instructions described in the drill bit installation guide.
  4. After changing the bit, ensure the collet clamps are securely closed with the bit.
  5. Connect the power plug, then turn on the milling machine.
  6. After finishing the milling and cleaning, it is recommended that the bit always be placed in the handpiece (drill bit head).
  7. When you have finished your work, always unplug the power cord from the socket or interrupt the power supply; reducing the speed to 0 does not mean the drill is turned off.

Starting the Milling Machine

  1. Connect the drill to the power supply.
  2. Turn on the milling machine using the appropriate button.
  3. Select the rotation direction (left or right).
  4. Increase the revolutions to start the head.

Maintenance

Metal, stone, and diamond bits can be sterilized in a sterilizer. Felt bits and brushes should be cleaned with disinfectant.

Recommendations

  1. Remember that you must never drop the drill or handpiece, as this will damage the ball bearings and affect the motor's lifespan.
  2. Do not allow water or other liquids to enter the device.
  3. Each time you change the bit, turn off the router.
  4. Never change bits while the milling machine is running; the milling machine must be turned off to change bits.
  5. Connect the drill to the socket only after ensuring all cables are installed correctly and safely.
  6. We recommend using the machine only for professional purposes.
  7. The foot pedal switch cable connector must be securely connected to the back of the machine.
  8. Ensure that the bit you wish to use is not bent, asymmetrical, or damaged. Always use standard bits.

Note: Unlocking the handle during operation will damage the machine. Changing bits while the motor is running damages the clutch. These damages are not covered by warranty. Bits must be changed in the open collet position (unlocked), and the milling machine must be turned off during this time.

Troubleshooting

Milling machine does not turn on:

  • Check if it is plugged in - connect the milling machine to the power supply.
  • Check if the milling machine is switched on - turn on the milling machine.
