Introduction
A white electric nail drill machine unit is shown. It features a speed control knob, various switches, indicator lights, and connectors. A handpiece rests on a stand attached to the unit. A black foot pedal is also visible.
- Install the unit in a dry, cool working area.
- Never drop the nail drill handpiece. This can cause irreparable and invisible damage to the unit.
- Do not allow liquid to enter the machine.
- After changing the drill bit, ensure the TWIST-LOCK is properly closed.
- Never open the TWIST-LOCK during operation.
- After cleaning the bit, it is recommended to place the bit back into the handpiece.
- Always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet after finishing work.
- This equipment is intended for professional use only.

Installation and Operation
- The motor cable plug must be firmly connected to the unit body.
- The foot pedal control cable plug must be reliably connected to the unit body.
- The unit can only be connected to the socket after ensuring all cables are installed correctly and safely.
WARNING: Do not connect the handpiece to the foot pedal connector. This can cause irreparable damage to the nail drill apparatus. Connect the handpiece to the socket located below the speed control knob.
Manual Control
- Connect the handpiece to the nail drill machine.
- Turn on the unit.
- Turning the speed control knob clockwise will increase the unit's speed.
- Pressing the "forward/reverse" switch will change the direction of the handpiece rotation.
Foot Pedal Control
- Connect the handpiece to the unit.
- Turn on the unit.
- To activate the foot control mode, press the switch - Selection: Manual/Foot Pedal.
- In foot pedal mode, the handpiece will operate at the set speed.
Bit Insertion/Removal
Description of how to attach and remove drill bits:
- To remove a bit, turn the chuck locking ring in the direction of the black arrow [clockwise arrow] until you hear a characteristic "click", then pull out the bit.
- To insert a bit, turn the chuck locking ring in the direction of the white arrow [counter-clockwise arrow] until you hear a click.
- Remember to keep the chuck clean before changing bits.
Ensure the bit to be used is not bent, asymmetrical, or damaged. Always use standard bits.
Safety Protection System: Overload/Overheating Function
- To protect the machine from overheating, for example, due to bearing failure, a temperature sensor is activated, which shuts off the machine's power when it overheats.
- If the unit overheats, it will stop automatically after 5 seconds.
- Turn off the unit and turn it back on after approximately 30 seconds.
- Overheating will be signaled by two indicator lights illuminating simultaneously.

Handpiece Operating Instructions
- Features:

- Bit Attachment:
Description of how to attach a drill bit:
- To open the chuck, turn the bit locking ring in the direction of the black arrow.
- Insert the bit into the chuck.
- Then, turn the bit locking ring in the direction of the white arrow.
- Maintenance (for Type E handpieces):
Recommended Maintenance
The handpiece should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Use a special nail drill maintenance liquid.
Prepare the Type E handpiece by adjusting the spray opening. To lubricate, point the nozzle to the rear end of the handpiece and hold the spray button for 2-3 seconds.
Tips to Maximize Handpiece Lifespan
- Do not use bent or damaged drill bits.
- Excessive load due to damaged bits quickly destroys bearings.
- Before use, clean the bit shanks. If dirty bits (due to oil or other substances) get stuck on the spindle, it can cause vibration, poor spindle power, or other damage.
- Always insert the bit fully into the chuck.
Safety Precautions
- This unit is professional equipment intended for use in beauty salons. Use by qualified cosmetic personnel only to avoid adverse effects during treatment.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to use the unit for purposes other than those specified in this manual. All servicing and repair work must be performed only by an authorized technical service specialist (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. company).
- Do not install or use the appliance near liquids, in damp areas, or with wet hands to prevent liquids from entering the appliance.
- Immediately unplug the appliance from the electrical socket and contact an ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. authorized technical service center in the following cases:
- (a) liquid has entered the appliance,
- (b) the appliance emits a strange odor, smoke, or strange sounds,
- (c) the power cord is damaged,
- (d) the appliance has been dropped or its housing is damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cables. Do not place the unit where someone might trip over the power cord.
- For safety reasons, unplug the power cord from the electrical socket every time you finish working with the unit.
- Do not insert anything into the unit's openings. If an object has entered an opening, unplug the cord from the socket and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the appliance on an unstable trolley, shelf, or transport vehicle. A dropped appliance may be damaged.
- To ensure the fixed service life of the appliance, it is recommended to maintain a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off and vice versa).
- The power source must comply with the technical data indicated on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk that the appliance may malfunction, be damaged, or even burn out.
ATTENTION
- If the power cord is damaged or other malfunctions occur, contact an authorized technical service center to avoid any danger.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or instructed on how to use the equipment safely to understand the associated risks.
- The equipment is not intended for children's play. Do not allow children to play with the unit.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons without sufficient knowledge of the appliance's use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical appliance can cause injury or death, therefore the appliance must be used and stored out of reach of children.
Disposal of Equipment
Dispose of used electrical appliances, accessories, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection regulations. Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in household waste bins. Follow the disposal rules for this type of equipment. To protect the environment according to Directive 2012/19/EB.
Regarding electrical and electronic equipment waste, used electrical appliances must be collected separately and handed over to collection points for electrical and electronic equipment waste. Unused and old appliances contain fully recyclable components, therefore they should be sent for recycling. Thus, they should be handed over to appropriate collection points, as well as ACTIVESHOP Ltd.

Storage and Transportation
- The unit must be transported in its original packaging at temperatures ranging from (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C.
- Keep the unit in a well-ventilated room where the relative air humidity does not exceed 75%.
- Operating temperature: (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C.
- During storage and transportation, the appliance must not be thrown or dropped, subjected to mechanical shocks, or atmospheric influences.
