Rotation Speed Information
This chart provides a general guideline for the maximum rotation speed (RPM) of conventional milling bits. The permissible rotation speeds may vary slightly depending on the materials being worked on or the type of bits used.
[Chart description: The chart displays recommended maximum rotation speeds in RPM (ranging from 0 to 50,000 RPM) against different drill bit diameters (from less than Ø2 mm up to Ø28-40 mm). It indicates that larger diameter bits generally require lower RPMs.]

Assembly and Preparation for Use
- Rotate the safety ring on the cutting tool holder half a turn clockwise.
- Insert the cutting tool (drill bit) fully into the holder.
- Rotate the locking ring on the cutting tool holder in the opposite direction to secure the bit, then place the handpiece onto the handpiece holder.
- Connect the power cord, foot switch cable, and handpiece cable to their respective output ports on the back of the base unit.

User Operation
- Select a suitable drill bit from the set and insert it into the handpiece. Other drill bits can be stored in the designated holders on the base unit for easy access and replacement.
- Turn the speed control knob clockwise. The drill bit will begin to rotate. The speed increases as the knob is turned further, reaching maximum speed when the knob is fully turned.
- To change the rotation direction, press the tactile direction change button. The drill bit will stop briefly before resuming rotation in the new direction. The indicator lights show the current rotation direction.
- Slowly bring the rotating bit close to the nail to be treated. Wear safety glasses to protect your eyes from dust.
- While the drill is in operation, pressing the foot switch will stop the rotation. Pressing it again will restart the drill at the previously set speed.

Safety Features
- The device incorporates special protection against overvoltage and overcurrent.
- The handpiece automatically stops operation after 15 minutes of continuous use without any setting changes (e.g., speed adjustments, stopping rotation, direction changes) to prevent accidental continuous operation and overheating.
- In case of accidental blockage or overload, the handpiece will automatically stop, and both LEDs on the main unit will flash with an audible warning tone. To resume operation after a fault, turn the speed knob from MAX to MIN or unplug and restart the device after a short pause.
Warnings
