First-Time Setup

1. Automatic Pairing Earbuds

A. Remove earbuds from charging case and remove protective stickers.

B. Turn ON earbuds by pressing and holding both touch sensors for 3+ seconds. One earbud will glow solid white, and the other will flash blue/white. This indicates pairing is ready.

2. Connect to Bluetooth Device

Select 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device's Bluetooth settings. You will hear two beeps, and the white light will turn solid when connected.

Adding a New Bluetooth Device:

Turn OFF Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Connect by selecting 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device's settings.

Button Functions

Left Earbud

• Volume Down: Single tap
• Siri (iOS) or 'OK Google' (Android): Double tap
• Switch Music or Movie Mode: Press and hold for 1+ second
• Change EQ: Triple tap
• Turn ON: Press and hold for 3+ seconds

Right Earbud

• Volume Up: Single tap
• Play / Pause: Double tap
• Fast Forward: Press and hold for 1+ second
• Answer Call: Single tap
• End Call: Double tap
• Decline Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second
• Be Aware ON/OFF: Triple tap
• Turn ON: Press and hold for 3+ seconds

Indicator Lights

• Power ON = Beep
• Bluetooth Connected = 2 Beeps
• Low Battery = 'Low Battery' (below 20%)
• Power OFF = Beep

Turn Off Earbuds Without Charging Case

Go to your Bluetooth device settings and disconnect from JBuds Air Executive. The earbuds will turn OFF automatically after 3 minutes.

EQ Settings

Tap the left earbud three times for different EQ settings. Audio cues will indicate the EQ setting (JBuds Air Exec cycles through 3 EQ settings).

• JLab Signature EQ: JLab C3™ tuning with amplified vocals and bass.
• Balanced EQ: Solid sound with no extra sound enhancements.
• Bass Boost EQ: Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Charging Earbuds

1. Earbuds turn OFF when placed in the charging case and charging begins. Blue lights indicate earbuds are charging, and the light turns off when charging is complete.

2. Earbuds automatically turn ON and connect to your device when removed from the case.

Charging Case:

Connect JBuds Air Executive to a computer or USB power adapter with a 5V 1A (or less) output. Lights will pulse white while charging and turn solid white when charging is complete.

Fitting

Try all available Cush Fin™ ear tips and earbud wings to find the best fit. Insert the earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to find the best fit.

Troubleshooting

No Sound in Left Earbud or Earbuds Disconnecting from Each Other (Manual Reset)

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' JBuds Air Executive.
2. Open the charging case and leave both earbuds inside. Tap the touch sensor on ONE earbud seven times quickly. The light will flash blue three times. Leave earbuds in the charging case.
3. Repeat the above steps for the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor seven times quickly. The light will flash blue three times.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them about two inches apart. Wait until one earbud glows solid white and the other flashes blue/white. You are now ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting / Not Reconnecting

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' JBuds Air Executive.
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON again on your device.
3. Remove both earbuds from the case. Wait until one earbud glows solid white and the other flashes blue/white.
4. Reconnect by selecting 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device's settings.

Tips

• Dry earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case.
• Either the left or right earbud can be used individually for music or phone calls. Select an earbud and remove it from the case to connect.
• Choosing the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality due to a better fit. Try all ear tips for the best results.
• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn OFF Bluetooth on other devices and turn ON Bluetooth on the device you wish to connect.

Warnings

• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
• Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
• Earwax can accumulate in the ear tips, affecting sound quality. Gently clean ear tips with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or stop using the earbuds temporarily.
• If you consistently experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• We recommend treating your earbuds like your favorite sunglasses and keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
