First Setup

1. Automatically Pairing Earbuds

A. Remove earbuds from the case and remove stickers. Diagram: Shows removing stickers from earbuds.

B. Press and hold both touch sensors for 3 or more seconds to TURN ON. One earbud lights white, the other flashes blue/white, indicating readiness to pair with your device. Diagram: Shows holding touch sensors for 3+ seconds.

2. Connecting via Bluetooth

Select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" in your device settings. The voice prompt "Bluetooth Connected," followed by solid white lights, means you are connected. Diagram: Shows phone Bluetooth settings with "JLab JBuds Air Sport" connected.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices

Turn OFF Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically start pairing with Bluetooth. To connect, select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" in your device settings.

Button Functions

Left Earbud Touch Sensor ◀️

• Volume Down: Press once.
• Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (ANDROID): Double press.
• Switch Music/Film Mode: Press and hold 1+ second.
• Change EQ: Triple press. (Cycles through 3 EQ settings)
• Power On: Press and hold 3+ seconds.

Right Earbud Touch Sensor ▶️

• Volume Up: Press once.
• Play/Pause: Double press.
• Skip Forward: Press and hold 1+ second.
• Answer Call: Press once.
• End Call: Double press.
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold 1+ second.
• Power On/Off: Triple press.
• Power On: Press and hold 3+ seconds.

Voice Prompts

• "JLab ON": Powering On.
• "Ready to pair": JBuds Air Sport are ready to pair with a Bluetooth device.
• "Bluetooth connected": Earbud is connected to the device.
• "Battery full": 100-80%
• "Battery medium": 80-20%
• "Battery low": Less than 20%. A "Battery low" notification will play when battery reaches 10%.
• "Goodbye": Powering Off.

Turning Off Earbuds Without Charging Case

Go to your Bluetooth device settings and turn off JBuds Air Sport. The earbuds will turn off automatically after 3 minutes.

Equalizer Modes

Triple press the left earbud for different EQ settings. Voice prompts will indicate EQ settings. JBuds Air Sport will cycle through 3 EQ settings:

• JLab Signature: JLab logo sound with enhanced bass and vocals.
• Balanced: Even sound without additional enhancements.
• Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and low tones.

Charging Earbuds

1. Placing the earbuds in the charging case will turn them off and begin charging. Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged. Diagram: Shows earbuds placed in the charging case for charging.

Charging Case

Connect the JBuds Air Sport case to a computer or power source via USB 5V 1A (or less). Diagram: Shows charging case connected to a power source via USB.

2. The earbuds automatically turn on and reconnect to the device when removed from the case.

Indicator Lights for Charging: Lights flash white while charging, and stop flashing when fully charged.

Multipoint (Simultaneous connection of 2 devices)

1. With the FIRST device connected, turn off Bluetooth in the device settings. JBuds Air Sport will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

2. Go to your SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to JBuds Air Sport.

3. Go to your FIRST device's Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth and connect to JLab JBuds Air Sport. Diagrams: Show phone Bluetooth screens for connection status.

Fitting

1. Remove earbuds from case.

2. Insert earbud and rotate back to fit securely.

3. Ensure a snug fit for optimal sound. Diagrams: Illustrate the steps for fitting earbuds into the ear.

Find Your Earbuds

Download App

Troubleshooting

No Sound in One Earbud or Earbud is Off (Manual Reset)

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" JBuds Air Sport. Diagram A: Phone Bluetooth settings screen.

2. Open the charging case and place earbuds inside. Starting with ONE earbud, press the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 4 times. Keep the earbuds in the charging case. Diagram C1: Shows earbud in case being reset.

3. Repeat for the other earbud. Press the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 4 times. Diagram C2: Shows the second earbud being reset.

4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and hold them within 5 cm of each other. Wait for one earbud to light white and the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting/Reconnecting

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" JBuds Air Sport. Diagram A: Phone Bluetooth settings screen.

2. Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON. Diagram B: Phone Bluetooth settings screen showing Bluetooth toggle.

3. Remove earbuds from the case. Wait for one to become solid white and the other to flash blue/white.

4. To reconnect, select "JLab JBuds Air Sport" in your device settings.

Quick Tips

• ? The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
• ? Choosing the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality by ensuring a proper seal for the driver. Try all ear tips for the best results.
• ? Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth connection on unwanted devices and turn it on for the selected one.

Warnings

• ⚠️ Do not use in extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
• ⚠️ Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
• ⚠️ Earwax can accumulate in the ear tips, which can degrade sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• ⚠️ If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
• ⚠️ If persistent issues arise during use of this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• ⚠️ We recommend treating your earbuds like sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.

WARNING: Before placing earbuds in the charging case, dry them completely. If ear tips are damp or wet, they may damage the charging case. Warranty will be void if the charging case is damaged by water/sweat.
