Bluetooth Pairing

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices: Turn OFF Bluetooth on all previously connected devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab JBuds Air Pro" in your device's settings to connect.

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off the protective stickers.

   Place the earbuds back into the case and close the lid.

2. The blue lights on the case indicate charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.

3. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

   In your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab JBuds Air Pro".

Button Functions

Left Earbud:

• Volume Down: Single tap.
• Siri (iOS) or OK Google (Android): Double tap.
• Music / Movie Mode: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Power On: Press and hold for over 3 seconds.
• Change EQ: Triple tap. (JBuds Air Pro cycles through 3 EQ settings).

Right Earbud:

• Volume Up: Single tap.
• Answer Call: Single tap.
• End Call: Double tap.
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Play / Pause: Double tap.
• Skip Track: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Power On: Press and hold for over 3 seconds.
• Awareness Mode: Triple tap.

Turning Off Without Case: Turn off Bluetooth in your device's settings. The earbuds will power off automatically after 3 minutes.

Sound Alerts

• Power On: Chime sound.
• Bluetooth Connected: Two beeps.
• Low Battery: "Low battery" alert (when below 20%).
• Power Off: Chime sound.

Custom EQ3 Sound Modes

Tap either the left or right earbud 3 times for different EQ settings (JBuds Air Pro cycles through 3 EQ settings).

• JLab SIGNATURE (One Beep): JLab C3™ Signature, the brand's unique sound with amplified highs and bass.
• BALANCED (Two Beeps): Even sound, without additional amplification.
• BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Charging the Earbuds

Placing the earbuds in the charging case will automatically turn them off and begin charging.

Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged.

Removing the earbuds from the case will automatically power them on and connect to the last used device.

Charging Case

Connect the JBuds Air Pro case to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or less) output device.

The LEDs will flash while charging and remain solid when fully charged.

Multipoint (Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously)

1. When the FIRST device is connected, turn OFF Bluetooth in the device's settings. The JBuds Air Pro will automatically initiate Bluetooth Pairing.

2. Access the SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to the JBuds Air Pro.

3. Access the FIRST device's Bluetooth settings. Turn ON Bluetooth and connect to the JLab JBuds Air Pro.

Fit

Cush Fin™ and Ear Tip

Try all included ear tips and ear hooks for the best fit and seal.

Insert into your ear and rotate for the best fit.

Troubleshooting

No Sound in One Earbud or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset):

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and "forget" the "JLab JBuds Air Pro" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
2. Quickly tap one earbud 7 times while in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
3. Quickly tap the other earbud 7 times while in the case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

Quick Tips

• Either earbud can be connected to your device and used independently. Simply remove an earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically connect.
• Selecting the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality by providing a proper seal. Try all ear tips for the best results.

Warning

To avoid damaging the charging case, ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them back inside.

The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the charging case is not.

Attention

• Avoid exposure to extremely high or low temperatures, or high humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• Earwax may accumulate in the earbud's ear canal, reducing sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully remove earwax using a small cleaning tool.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue use of the device.
• If you experience persistent discomfort during product use, stop using the device and consult a doctor.
• Treat your earbuds like valuable sunglasses: store them in a safe place when not in use.
