Installation Instructions for Ceiling Mounted Electric Flip TV Bracket

Included Hardware

The following hardware components are included:

• A: Screw φ7*410*60mm
• B: Screw M7*70mm
• C: Screw M5*10mm
• F: Screw M6*30mm
• G: Screw M6*10mm
• H: Screw M6*16mm
• K: Screw M8*30mm
• Cylindrical Sleeve φ6φ16*1.5mm
• Cylindrical Sleeve φ6φ16*1mm

Note: A screwdriver is required and should be prepared by the user.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the Bracket

   Connect the main body of the bracket to the power supply and adjust it to the open state. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the four fixing screws on the inner side, and remove the front connecting hanging plate for standby.

2. Step 2: Mount to Wallboard

   Place the support wallboard to be installed. Mark the hole positions and punch holes. Insert the expansion pipes into the holes, and fix the support body through the wallboard with the expansion screws.

   Installation Tips: The expansion screws for the left and right hoist holes can be screwed into the expansion plugs for about half their length. Then, sheath the main body of the bracket with the expansion screw cap through the large hole of the hoist hole. Translate the bracket to the hollow hole of the hoist for temporary suspension. Install the expansion screws at the other four positions, and finally fix all expansion screws. This method makes installation more labor-saving.

3. Step 3: Install the Trellis

   1. Thread the two beams into the two holes on the upper and lower sides of the hook respectively, and install and fix the plugs at both ends of the beam with screws. 2. Connect the upper and lower four holes of the connecting clevis with the four holes in the middle of the beam using bolts and nuts.

4. Step 4: Connect the TV Mount Frame

   1. Select two vertical hooks that fit the hole position on the TV frame and connect them to the corresponding hole positions on the back of the TV. 2. Install the upper and lower safety screws of the two hooks respectively.

5. Step 5: Attach TV to Bracket

   Connect and fix the four hole positions of the connecting hanging board with the TV. Ensure the TV is well connected to the hole positions on the front end of the main body using the spare screws removed in Step 1.

Control Instructions

Remote Controller

The remote controller features buttons for extending and retracting the TV bracket.

Handset

The handset also has buttons labeled 'Extended' and 'Retract'.

Note: If the remote controller is not functioning on first use, press the 'Extended' button on the handset to activate the controller.

Installation Clearance and Warning

Please measure and reserve sufficient space between the TV and the ceiling during installation to prevent collisions.
