Sylvox S40NCMA0 Installation Instructions

This document provides instructions for the installation of the Sylvox S40NCMA0 rolling TV cart. This cart is compatible with TV screens ranging from 42 to 55 inches and has a weight capacity of 80KG (176LBS). The VESA compatibility ranges from 100x100mm to 700x500mm.

1. Installing the Wheels

Secure the 4 wheels [E1] to the 4 legs of the stand using the wrench [A2] and tighten them.

2. Mounting the Tray

Attach the mounting tray [A1] to the stand legs using 6x bolts [B1]. Ensure proper alignment and tighten securely.

3. Install the Pillar

Attach the left and right pillar components [C1, C2] to the base structure using 4x bolts [C1] and 4x bolts [C2] respectively. Use the hex wrench [A1] for tightening.

4. Install the Hanging Board

Mount the hanging board assembly onto the installed pillars. Use the hex wrench [A1] and 4x bolts [B1] to secure it.

5. Install the TV Mount

Attach the TV mounting brackets to the back of your TV. Ensure you select the correct screws (F1/F2 use H1; G1/G2 use H1 and H2) to avoid damaging your TV. Use the appropriate washers [H1, H2] as indicated. Secure the TV to the hanging board using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened securely [E1x2].

Note: When installing the TV, be sure to use the height-adjusting parts to prevent potential damage to your TV equipment from screws that may be too long when tightened.

6. Install Camera Components

Attach the camera component tray using 4x screws [D2]. Mount the camera assembly to the pillar using 2x screws [D1].
