Installation Instructions
Step 1: Column Assembly
Assemble the main support column. This mount allows for two-column (1a) or three-column (1b) assembly configurations using the provided parts.
Note: The center column has a breakaway feature that is activated during ceiling installation.
Step 2: Prepare Ceiling Attachment
For Solid Concrete (2a): Drill holes into the solid concrete ceiling and insert appropriate anchors (not supplied). Ensure the holes are the correct size (e.g., Ø10mm). The diagram shows drilling and anchor insertion.
For Wood Studs (2b): Locate the wood studs using a stud finder. Drill pilot holes into the studs and secure the mounting plate using appropriate screws (not supplied). The diagram illustrates finding studs and screwing into them.
Step 3: Attach TV Mounting Arms
Attach the VESA mounting arms to the back of your TV. Use the appropriate screws (D, E, F, G) and spacers if necessary, ensuring compatibility with your TV's VESA pattern (e.g., 100x100 to 600x400mm). The diagrams (3a for concrete, 3b for wood stud) show this process, indicating the use of parts D, E, F, G.
Step 4: Install Ceiling Plate
Attach the ceiling plate to the ceiling structure. For solid concrete, use screws H, I, and washers J. For wood studs, use appropriate lag screws (not supplied). The diagrams (4a for concrete, 4b for wood stud) detail the hardware and placement.
Step 5: Connect Column to Ceiling Plate
Connect the assembled column (from Step 1) to the installed ceiling plate. Ensure a secure fit.
Step 6: Hang TV and Secure
Carefully lift the TV with the attached mounting arms onto the column assembly. Secure the TV to the mount using parts K. The mount allows for tilt adjustment of +15°/-5°.
The diagrams (6a and 6b) illustrate the process of hanging the TV and making final adjustments, showing VESA patterns 100x100 to 200x200mm and 400x200 to 600x400mm.
