Quick Tips
- Either the left or right earbud can be used independently for music or calls. Simply remove one from the case to connect.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unused devices before connecting to your desired device.
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage to the case.
IMPORTANT: Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. Moisture in the earbuds can damage the charging case. Warranty is void if the charging case shows signs of moisture/sweat damage.
Precautions
- Avoid extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may build up in the ear tip, affecting sound quality. Gently clean with a dry cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you experience recurring discomfort, stop using the product and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, like a valuable pair of sunglasses: store them in a safe place when not in use.
