First Setup

1. Auto-Pairing Earbuds

   A. Remove earbuds from the case and remove the stickers. [Illustration shows removing small stickers from the charging contacts of the earbuds.]

   B. Press and hold for 3+ seconds on each earbud. A flashing blue and white light on one earbud will indicate readiness to connect to your device. [Illustration shows a finger pressing and holding the touch-sensitive surface on an earbud.]

2. Connect to Bluetooth

   Select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your device's settings. The voice prompt "Bluetooth connected" and white lights will indicate you are connected. [Illustration shows a smartphone screen displaying Bluetooth settings, with "Epic Air Sport ANC" selected and showing a connected status.]

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn OFF Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will begin to auto-pair to Bluetooth. Select "Epic Air Sport ANC" on the new device to connect.

Controls

Other Controls:

• Answer Call: Tap once on the right earbud.
• Hang Up Call: Tap twice on the right earbud.
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold 1+ second on either left or right earbud.

Voice Prompts

• "JLab ON": POWER ON
• "Ready to connect": Epic Air Sport ANC is ready to connect to your Bluetooth device.
• "Aware": Listen to your surroundings.
• "Noise Cancelling ON": Noise Cancelling ON.
• "Noise Cancelling OFF": Noise Cancelling OFF.
• "Bluetooth connected": Earbud is connected to device.
• Battery Status: "Full battery" (100-80%), "Medium battery" (80-20%), "Low battery" (less than 20%). A "Low Battery" notification will play once when battery reaches 10%.
• "Goodbye": POWER OFF.

Music / Movie Mode: Press and hold both touch sensors simultaneously for 3+ seconds.

Turn Off When Not in Charging Case: Turn off Bluetooth in your device settings. The earbuds will then turn off after 3 minutes.

Equalizer (EQ) Modes

Triple tap either earbud for different EQ settings. Voice prompts will indicate EQ settings (Epic Air Sport ANC will cycle 4 EQ settings). Customize each EQ setting by downloading the JLab Air ANC App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• JLab SIGNATURE: JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced bass and vocals.
• BALANCED: Even sound with no additional enhancements.
• BASS BOOST: Enhanced bass and low tones.
• CUSTOM: Custom EQ settings (download the JLab Air ANC App for custom tuning).

Auto On/Off

1. By placing the earbuds in the charging case, they will automatically TURN OFF and begin charging. Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn OFF when fully charged. [Illustration shows earbuds placed inside their charging case, with indicator lights showing they are charging.]

Charging

Wired Charging

Connect the JBuds Air Sport case to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or less) output device. Lights flash white while charging; they stop flashing when fully charged. Wireless Charging

Fitting

Try all ear tips for the best fit and seal. Insert into the ear canal and gently twist for the best fit. [Illustration shows a sequence: first, trying different sizes of ear tips on an earbud; second, inserting an earbud into the ear canal; third, gently twisting the earbud for a secure fit.]

Find Your Earbuds

Download the Tile app and activate it to find your earbuds. Read more at jlab.com/tileapp. Tile activation will reduce earbud playback time.

Download App

Customize JBuds Air Pro features and update firmware. Download the JLab Sound app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Troubleshooting

No Sound in One Earbud or Earbuds Turned Off (Manual Reset)

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' JBuds Air Sport. [Diagram A: Smartphone screen showing Bluetooth settings with "Epic Air Sport ANC" listed.]
2. Keep earbuds in the charging case and on ONE earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 4 times. [Diagram C: Close-up of an earbud touch sensor being tapped multiple times.]
3. Repeat with the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor 7 times quickly.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white, the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to connect to your Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting / Reconnecting

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' Epic Air Sport ANC. [Diagram A: Smartphone screen showing Bluetooth settings.]

4. To reconnect, select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your device settings.

Quick Tips

• ? The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
• ? Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn it on for the desired one.
• ? Before placing earbuds in the charging case, dry them completely to avoid damaging the case.

Warnings

⚠️ Warning: Before placing earbuds in the charging case, dry them completely. If ear tips are damp or wet, they can damage the charging case.

General Warnings:

• ⚠️ Do not use in extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
• ⚠️ Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• ⚠️ Earwax may build up in the ear tip, affecting sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• ⚠️ If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
• ⚠️ If you experience any issues with this product during use, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• ⚠️ We recommend treating your earbuds like sunglasses, storing them in a safe place when not in use.
