Product Overview

This document provides installation instructions for the Resistex Miks LED downlight. The product offers features such as adjustable orientation and low luminance capabilities.

Installation Instructions

• Never work on the luminaire when it is live (under voltage).
• Installation must be performed by a professional installer, adhering to all relevant electrical installation standards and regulations.

Mounting Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare Opening

   Cut a circular opening in the ceiling panel with a diameter of Ø69 mm (+/-1 mm).

2. Step 2: Insert Fixture

   Insert the Resistex Miks LED downlight into the prepared opening.

3. Step 3: Secure Fixture

   Rotate the fixture clockwise (?) to secure it in place.

4. Step 4: Connect Wiring

   Feed the power cable through a strain relief and into the connector. Connect the Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (⏚) wires to the appropriate terminals.

   Detailed wiring connection:

   • Open the connector lever.
   • Insert the stripped wires into the correct slots (L, N, ⏚).
   • Close the connector lever to secure the wires.

   Terminal Block Configuration:

   The terminal block includes terminals for:

   • L: Live connection
   • N: Neutral connection
   • ⏚: Earth connection

5. Step 5: Verify Connections

   Ensure all connections are secure. Verify correct polarity and power supply. A green checkmark (✔️) indicates correct connection, while a red cross (❌) indicates an issue.

6. Step 6: Final Installation

   The fixture should now be flush with the ceiling.
