Mounting and Installation Steps

Step 1: Cutout Preparation
Prepare the mounting surface by cutting a hole with a diameter of 69mm (+/-1mm). A template is provided for accuracy.

Step 2: Insert Fixture
Insert the LED downlight fixture into the prepared hole in the ceiling or mounting surface.

Step 3: Secure Fixture
Rotate the fixture to engage its mounting mechanism and secure it firmly in place within the cutout.

Step 4: Electrical Connection - Wire Insertion
Open the integrated terminal block. Insert the electrical wires (Live, Neutral, and Earth/Ground) into the corresponding terminals. Ensure correct polarity (L for Live, N for Neutral).

Step 5: Close Terminal Block
Close the terminal block securely to ensure all wire connections are properly enclosed.

Step 6: Connect to Fixture
Connect the wires from the terminal block to the internal connections of the LED downlight fixture.

Step 7: Terminal Block Diagram Reference
Refer to the terminal block diagram showing connections for Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (ground) to confirm correct wiring.

Step 8: Final Insertion
Gently push the connected fixture into the ceiling opening until it sits flush.

Step 9: Connection Verification
Verify electrical connections. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections are made, as indicated by a green checkmark symbol [✔️]. Incorrect connections are marked with a red cross symbol [❌].

Step 10: Final Installation Check
Confirm the installed fixture is flush with the ceiling surface, indicating a successful installation.
