This document is the owner's manual for the MCombo Wooden Cat House, model 6012-CT32. It provides detailed instructions for assembly, care, warranty information, and customer support.
The cat house is a multi-level wooden structure designed for cats, featuring enclosed spaces and platforms. It is equipped with wheels for mobility.

Installation Preparation
Before beginning assembly, please follow these preparation steps:
- Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
- Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust.
- Open all boxes to check that all accessories are complete and in good condition.
- The box contains small components; place them properly before installation and keep them away from children.
- If using power tools, set the speed to low to avoid damaging the wood.
- When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first, as this may make installation difficult.

Installation Instructions
General Note: If parts appear to lack pre-drilled holes, do not worry. Slight deviations during installation mean only pilot holes are marked. Please align the parts and install them according to the manual.
Step 1
Attach side panels A (x1) and B (x1) using 8 x Bolt (11).

Step 2
Connect panel A and panel B using 3 x Screw (4).

Step 3
Attach panels G (x1) and H (x1) to the base structure. Ensure correct orientation of G and H. Use 8 x Screw (3).

Step 4
Install panel O (x1) into the structure. Use 4 x Screw (10) and 4 x Bolt (11).

Step 5
Attach panel C (x1) to the top of the structure. Use 2 x Bolt (11).

Step 6
Assemble the upper section by attaching panels I (x1) and J (x1) to panel C. Use 4 x Screw (3) and 3 x Screw (4).

Step 7
Install panel P (x1) as a shelf. Use 4 x Screw (10).

Step 8
Attach panels D (x1), E (x1), and F (x1) to the sides. Use 16 x Screw (9).

Step 9
Continue assembling the main body by attaching panels G (x1) and H (x1) to the structure. Use 4 x Bolt (11).

Step 10
Attach panel M (x1) and panel D (x1) to the rear. Use 4 x Screw (3) and 2 x Screw (9).

Step 11
Install casters (14 x 2PCS, 15 x 2PCS) and attach them using bolts (2 x 16PCS) and bolts (13 x 2PCS). Note: Parts #14 and #15 need to be installed on the FRONT side.

Step 12
Secure the structure further. Use 4 x Bolt (11).

Attach panels Q (x1), R (x1), and S (x1) to the sides. Use 6 x Screw (9) and 6 x Screw (10).

Attach panel T (x1) to the structure. Use 1 x Screw (8) and 2 x Screw (10).

Install panel V (x1). Use 1 x Screw (2) and 2 x Screw (8). Note: Screw (2) needs to be tightened from under part P.

Step 20
Assemble the rear section using panels K (x3) and L (x3). Use 24 x Screw (1).

Step 21
Secure the structure using 6 x Screw (7) and 6 x Bolt (12).

VII. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties
- All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCombo /ExacMe ONLY.
MCombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged parts arising from negligence or improper operation).
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
- Contamination
- Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
- Commercial use, or use other than normal
- Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
MCombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can also be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.
VIII. Return/Replacement Policy
MCOMBO offers a 30-day return/replace policy for all items. During this period, MCombo will cover the shipping cost for returning and replacing defective or damaged items, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.
Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it. Failure to do so may result in significant costs due to oversized shipping, potentially exceeding the order amount.
Important: Do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item yourself. If you encounter any issues with returning an item, please contact MCombo immediately for assistance.
MCombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake, change of mind, or other non-quality issues. However, MCombo can assist customers in arranging pick-up service at a reasonable price.
Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to refused delivery or being deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier, in which case a 20% restocking fee may apply.
