Installation Preparation

1. Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. Spread out all accessories.
2. Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Open all boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (See Accessories List).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from kids and ensure safety.
5. If using power tools, set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, high speed during installation may damage the wood.
6. When installing, align all the holes and do not tighten all the screws first, otherwise, it may make the installation difficult.

Installation Instructions

General Note: How to deal with parts without holes? Do not worry! Due to slight deviation during installation, only pilot holes are marked. Please align the parts and install them according to the manual.

Step 1

Attach panel A using 5 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 2

Attach panel B using 2 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 3

Attach panel C using 5 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 4

Attach panel D using 3 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 5

Connect panels C and B to panels A and D using 4 pieces of hardware '10'.

Step 6

Assemble the top section (Y) and bottom section (Z) using 16 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 7

Attach panel E to the assembled structure using 1 piece of hardware '12'.

Step 8

Attach panel E to the structure using 2 pieces of hardware '6'.

Step 9

Assemble the main frame by connecting panels Y, C, A, Z, and D using 6 pieces of hardware '7'.

Step 10

Flip the assembly from Step 9 by 90 degrees to the right. Connect panels Y, C, B, A, D, and Z using 11 pieces of hardware '7'.

Step 11

Attach panel F to the structure using 2 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 12

Attach panel I to the structure using 10 pieces of hardware '6'.

Step 13

Attach panel G to the structure using 2 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 14

Attach panels J to the structure using 10 pieces of hardware '6'.

Step 15

Attach panels V, W, and X to the structure using 13 pieces of hardware '5'.

Step 16

Install casters ('16') on the front side. Use 4 pieces of hardware '2' and 3 pieces of hardware '16'. Also use 3 pieces of hardware '17'.

Step 17

Attach parts R and S to the structure using 8 pieces of hardware '5'. Note the direction of parts R and S.

Step 18

Attach parts using 8 pieces of hardware '1' and 2 pieces of hardware '15'.

Step 19

Attach panel L to the structure using 3 pieces of hardware '10'.

Step 20

Attach panel M to the structure using 4 pieces of hardware '10'.

Step 21

Attach panel O to the structure using 3 pieces of hardware '10'.

Step 22

Install the top panel P using 4 pieces of hardware '4'.

Step 23

Attach panel N to the structure using 3 pieces of hardware '10'.

Step 24

Attach parts Q and T to the structure using 3 pieces of hardware '1', 2 pieces of hardware '11', 2 pieces of hardware '13', and 2 pieces of hardware '14'.

Step 25

Attach panel H using 2 pieces of hardware '12'.

Step 26

Attach panel K to panel H using 2 pieces of hardware '8'.

Step 27

Attach panel U to the structure using 6 pieces of hardware '3', 2 pieces of hardware '9', and 1 piece of hardware '18'.

Step 28

Complete the final assembly of the main structure using 9 pieces of hardware '1'.

Step 29

Attach parts using 8 pieces of hardware '1' and 2 pieces of hardware '19'.

Step 30

Secure the cat house to the wall. Use 3 plastic ties (AA). Note: According to the height of the cat house, find the right place to drill the hole in the wall.

Step 31

Secure the cat house to the wall with 3 plastic ties (AA).

Step 32

Secure the cat house to the wall with 3 plastic ties (AA).

Step 33

Assembly is complete. The cat house is finished.

Warranty

Warranty Detail Explanation

Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged part arising from negligence or improper operation).

Exclusions

• Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
• Commercial use, or use other than normal
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

• All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
• All warranties are to the original purchaser from Mcombo /ExacMe ONLY.

Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can also be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.

Return/Replacement Policy

Mcombo offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, Mcombo covers shipping costs for return and replacement of defective and damaged items, and provides a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid potential oversized shipping costs.

Do not purchase return labels for a damaged or defective item yourself. If you have any issues with returning an item, please contact Mcombo immediately for assistance.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake or change of mind on non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to refused delivery or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
