By accepting delivery of this product, you promise that you will not change, alter, or modify this product or remove or render inoperable or unsafe any guards, shields, or other safety features of this product. You will not refuse or neglect any retrofit kits that MCombo may provide to enhance and preserve the safe use of this product.

Installation Preparation

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (refer to the Part List on page 7-8).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is likely to damage the wood.

• Please do not tighten the screws before completing all the installation steps.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the two side panels (A x2) to the back panel (B x1). Secure using four screws (10).

Step 2

Please note: The hole in the panel is on the left.

Attach the left side panel (E x1) and the right side panel (F x1) to the structure from Step 1. Secure using six screws (10) and four dowels (13).

Step 3

Please note: The hole in the panel is on the interior.

Attach the left rear panel (G x1) and the right rear panel (H x1). Secure using six screws (10).

Step 4

Attach the two U-shaped support pieces (U x2) to the side panels. Secure using eight screws (5).

Step 5

Attach the rear top support piece (R x1) to the top rear section of the structure. Secure using two screws (6).

Step 6

Insert four dowels (13 x4) into the designated holes on the bottom frame.

Step 7

Attach the rear panel (C x1) to the back of the structure. Secure using four screws (7) and two screws (11).

Step 8

Please note: Parts #19 need to be installed on the FRONT side.

Attach the two front bottom brackets (19 x2) and the two rear bottom brackets (20 x2) to the bottom corners of the structure. Secure using sixteen screws (3) in total (four screws per bracket).

Step 9

Insert the shelf (M x1) into the structure. Secure using four screws (9).

Step 10

Please note: Part #11 needs to be installed from the back panel.

Insert the shelf (P x1) into the structure. Secure using two screws (9) and one screw (11).

Step 11

Insert the shelf (N x1) into the structure. Secure using four screws (9).

Step 12

Attach the decorative cat face piece (Q x1) to the side panel. Secure using two screws (4) and two screws (5).

Step 13

Insert the wooden stick (S x1) into the structure. Secure using two screws (12).

Step 14

Prepare the door panels: Insert four dowels (13 x4) into panel I (x1) and four dowels (13 x4) into panel J (x1).

Step 15

Attach the prepared door panels (I and J) to the main structure. Secure using twelve screws (4), two screws (8), and two screws (15). Also attach the two T-shaped pieces (T x2) to the door panels.

Step 16

Attach the doors (K x1 and L x1) to the structure using hinges. Secure using twelve screws (1).

Step 17

Attach the top rear support piece (W x1) to the top rear of the structure. Secure using four screws (2), two screws (6), two dowels (13), and two screws (14).

Step 18

Attach the top front support piece (D x1) to the top front of the structure. Secure using four screws (7) and two screws (11).

Step 19

Attach the roof panel (O x1) to the top of the structure. Secure using six screws (1).

Step 20

Attach the two roof support pieces (V x2) to the underside of the roof. Secure using two screws (4).

Step 21

Attach the hinges (18 x2) to the roof. Secure using eight screws (1).

Step 22

Attach the hinges (16 x1 and 17 x1) to the doors. Secure using four screws (1) for each hinge.

Step 23

Wall Mounting Preparation: Use the parts marked with ✔️. Attach two brackets (21 x2) to the wall.

Step 24

Wall Mounting Preparation: Use the parts marked with ✔️. Attach two brackets (21 x2) to the structure. Please note: According to the height of the cat house, find the right place to drill the hole in the wall.

Step 25

Wall Mounting: Use the parts marked with ✔️. Secure the structure to the wall using two brackets (21 x2).

Step 26

FINISH: Assembly is complete.

• For products beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period and scope, MCombo can also provide replacement service, but a basic charge will be charged according to the circumstances.
• The warranty only applies to MCombo products and does not include any accessories or enhancements.
• Warranties are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the corresponding instruction manual.

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO ONLY.

• MCOMBO will replace the defective parts or send replacement product provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damage arising in consequence of negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE: MCOMBO will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. MCombo can also sell you replacement parts for a discount price when your product is out of warranty policy.

MCOMBO is committed to providing excellent customer service. We offer a straightforward, hassle-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from our store. We accept the return of items that are in new or used condition, with all original packaging and other components included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price of the item.

NOTE:

• Please keep the original packaging in case the product needs to be returned. If the original packaging is not available, the newly found packaging needs to meet the following size standard: UPS/FedEx packaging size standard: (width + height) * 2 + length < 128 inches.
• Please disassemble the product before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost as oversized and it could even exceed your order amount.
• Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged/defective product by yourself.
• If you have any problem returning the product, please contact MCombo Customer Support immediately; they will do their best to help you with a reasonable solution.
