IV. Installation Preparation
Before starting assembly, please follow these preparation steps:
- Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
- Prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust.
- Open all boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition.
- The box contains small components; place them properly away from children to ensure safety.
- If using power tools, set the speed to low speed in advance to avoid damaging the wood.
- When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first, as this may make installation difficult.

VI. Installation Instruction
Step 1
Attach part 9 (x1) with its bracket to part H (x6). Repeat this process three times (x3).

Step 2
Assemble the main frame using part 7 (x1), part 8 (x1), and screws B (x12PCS).

Step 3
Attach side panels: part 5 (x1) and part 6 (x1) to the frame using screws A (x6PCS).

Step 4
Assemble the base structure using part 3 (x1) and part 4 (x1) with screws A (x8PCS). Please ensure parts 3 and 4 are oriented correctly.

Step 5
Secure components using screws F (x8PCS) and L (x4PCS).

Install shelves: part 10 (x1), part 11 (x1), and part 12 (x1) using screws E (x10PCS). Please note: Screws E need to be inserted from bottom to top. ⬆️

Step 8
Attach parts C (x2PCS) using screws C (x2PCS). Please note: Parts C need to be screwed in from top to bottom. ⬇️

Step 9
Attach parts 13 (x1) and 14 (x1) using screws B (x14PCS).

Install part 15 (x1) using screws G (x2PCS).

Attach parts 16 (x2) and 17 (x2) to the base using screws A (x8PCS).

Step 12
Install parts M (x2PCS) and N (x2PCS) on the front side of the structure. Please note: Parts M need to be installed on the FRONT side. ➡️

Step 13
Attach part 18 (x1) using screws B (x4PCS).

Step 17
For enhanced stability and safety, please install the anti-falling device (Part O, x2PCS) as much as possible. This device secures the cat house to a wall.

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties
- All warranties begin on the date of delivery.
- All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCombo /ExacMe ONLY.
Warranty Detail Explanation
- MCombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer (e.g., damaged part arising from negligence or improper operation).
- Exclusions include components with damage caused by: Contamination, Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, Commercial use, or use other than normal, Improper operation, maintenance, or storage.
- MCombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Replacement parts can be purchased at a discount price when the item is out of warranty.
VIII. Return/Replacement Policy
MCOMBO offers a 30-day return/replace policy. During this period, MCombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for defective and damaged items, and provide a pre-paid return label or pick-up service for customer convenience.
Note: Please disassemble the item before returning it to avoid excessive costs due to oversized packaging, which could exceed the order amount.
Do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item yourself. If you encounter any issues with returns, please contact MCombo immediately for assistance.
MCombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistakes or change of mind on non-quality issues. However, MCombo can help arrange pick-up service at a reasonable price.
Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to being refused delivery or deemed undeliverable by the freight carrier. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
