PURCHASER'S AGREEMENT

By accepting delivery of this product, you promise that you will not change, alter, or modify this product or remove or render inoperable or unsafe any guards, shields or other safety features of this product. You will not refuse or neglect any retrofit kits that MCombo may provide to enhance and preserve the safe use of this product.

II. DISCLAIMER

Make sure you read and understand this manual completely before using your MCombo Product. MCombo is not and cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to improper or unsafe use of the MCombo Product. MCombo specifically disclaims responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur during any use that does not comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances.

III. INSTALLATION PREPARATION

1. Please prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor. You need to spread out all the accessories.
2. Please prepare a pair of gloves to avoid being scratched by sharp wooden sawdust that may occur during installation.
3. Please open all the boxes to check that the accessories are complete and in good condition (The part list is on page 4).
4. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from kids and ensure safety.
5. If you need to use power tools to install this product, please set the speed to low speed in advance. Due to the characteristics of wood products, the use of high speed during installation is probably to damage the wood.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Connect part 4 (x1) and part 5 (x1) using part D (x3).
2. Step 2: Insert part B (x6) into the designated holes on parts 4 and 5.
3. Step 3: Attach part 12 (x1) and part 20 (x1) to parts 7 (x1) and 8 (x1) using parts E (x2) and Y (x1).
4. Step 4: Attach part 13 (x1) to parts 7 (x1) and 8 (x1) using part K (x8).
5. Step 5: Attach parts 7 (x1) and 8 (x1) to parts 4 (x1) and 5 (x1) using parts F (x1) and G (x5).
6. Step 6: Attach parts 14 (x1) and 15 (x1) to the structure using parts H (x1), I (x1), J (x1), and F (x1).
7. Step 7: Attach part 10 (x1) to part 13 (x1) using parts H (x4) and F (x1).
8. Step 8: Attach part 11 (x1) to part 13 (x1) using parts H (x2) and F (x1).
9. Step 9: Attach part 16 (x1) using parts A (x1) and C (x1). Please note: Part #A needs to be fully tightened.
10. Step 10: Attach part 17 (x1) to part 16 (x1) using part B (x1).
11. Step 11: Attach parts 16 (x1) and 17 (x1) to the main structure using parts G (x4) and F (x1).
12. Step 12: Attach part 3 (x1) to part 2 (x1) using part A (x14).
13. Step 13: Attach part 18 (x2) to parts 2 (x1) and 3 (x1) using part K (x8).
14. Step 14: Attach part 2 (x1) to the main structure using part C (x8).
15. Step 15: Attach part 2 (x1) to the main structure using part B (x4).
16. Step 16: Attach part 3 (x1) to the main structure using part C (x6).
17. Step 17: Attach part 3 (x1) to part 7 (x1) using part B (x2).
18. Step 18: Attach part 9 (x1) to parts 2 (x1) and 5 (x1) using part C (x4).
19. Step 19: Attach part 9 (x1) to parts 2 (x1) and 3 (x1) using parts L (x8), E (x1), and Y (x1).
20. Step 20: Attach parts N (x2) to the front side of part 9 (x1) using part M (x8). Please note: The parts #N need to be installed on the FRONT side.
21. Step 21: Attach parts O (x3) to part 9 (x1) using part M (x12).
22. Step 22: Attach part 6 (x1) to part 7 (x1) using part L (x2).
23. Step 23: Insert part A (x10) into part 1 (x1).
24. Step 24: Attach part 1 (x1) to the structure using parts K (x4) and P (x2).
25. Step 25: Attach part 1 (x1) to the structure using part C (x4).
26. Step 26: Attach part 1 (x1) to the structure using parts B (x8) and E (x1). Please note: Please install parts#B inside the cat house.
27. Step 27: Attach parts AA (x26) to parts 4 (x1) and 5 (x1) using part B (x10). Please note: Please install all parts#B before applying the parts#AA.
28. Step 28: Assemble part 19 (x2) using parts Q (x4), R (x4), and S (x2).
29. Step 29: Attach part 19 (x2) to the structure using part R (x4). Please note: Please press the part#R to install the part #19.
30. Step 30: Attach part 19 (x2) to the structure using part Q (x4).
31. Step 31: Attach part 21 (x2) to the structure using part T (x2).
32. Step 32: Attach part 21 (x2) to the structure using part U (x2).
33. Step 33: Attach part 21 (x2) to the structure using parts V (x4), W (x2), and X (x8).
34. Step 34: Attach part Z (x2) to the structure using part M (x2).
35. Step 35: Attach part Z (x2) to the structure using part L (x2). Please note: More stable to attach the cat house to the wall.
36. Step 36: Assembly complete.

V. WARRANTY

Notice

• For product beyond the limited manufacturer warranty period and scope, MCombo can also provide replacement service, but a basic charge will be charged according to the circumstances.
• The warranty only applies to MCombo products and does not include any accessories or enhancements.
• Warranties are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States and are contingent upon the consumer operating the product according to the corresponding instruction manual.

CONSUMER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO® ONLY.

• MCOMBO® will replace the defective parts or send replacement product provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, for example, damage arising in consequence of negligence or improper operation.
• Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
  • Contamination
  • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
  • Commercial use, or use other than normal
  • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE:

MCOMBO® will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Mcombo can also sell you replacement parts for a discount price when your product is out of warranty policy.

VI. RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

Notice

Why don't we recommend returning the item by yourself?

• Huge cost - UPS/FedEx oversize fee.
• Need you to take the box to UPS/FedEx facility.

Return/ Replacement Policy

MCOMBO® will always do its best to take care of customers, and that's why Mcombo offers a straightforward, hassle-free return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from Mcombo's store. Mcombo accepts the return of items that are in new or used condition, with all original packaging and other components included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price of the item.

NOTE:

• Please keep the original packaging in case the product needs to be returned. If the original packaging is not available, the newly found packaging needs to meet the following size standard: UPS/FedEx packaging size standard: (width + height) * 2 + length < 128 inches.
• Please disassemble the product before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost as oversized and it could even exceed your order amount.
• Please do not purchase return label for a damaged/defective product by yourself.
• If you have any problem to return the product, please contact Mcombo immediately; Mcombo will do its best to help you with a reasonable solution.
