BLUETOOTH PAIRING

Step 1: Remove the earbuds from the case and peel off any protective stickers. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.

Step 2: A red light on the charging case indicates the earbuds are charging. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.

Step 3: One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to be paired with your device.

Step 4: On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select 'JLab GO Air Sport' to connect. A sound prompt of two beeps followed by flashing white lights confirms a successful connection.

Adding New / Extra Bluetooth Devices:

Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth for the new device. Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing mode. Select 'JLab GO Air Sport' in the device settings to connect.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

Control your audio and calls with intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

Left Earbud:

VOLUME DOWN: Single tap
Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Double tap
PREVIOUS TRACK: Hold for 1+ second

Right Earbud:

VOLUME UP: Single tap
PLAY / PAUSE: Double tap
NEXT TRACK: Hold for 1+ second

Call Management:

ANSWER CALL: Single tap
END CALL: Double tap
REJECT INCOMING CALL: Hold for 1+ second

EQ Mode Switching:

CHANGE EQ: Triple tap either earbud to cycle through EQ presets.

SOUND NOTIFICATIONS

Power On: Ringing sound
Bluetooth Pairing: Two beeps
Battery Low: "Low battery" voice prompt (when below 20%)
Power Off: Ringing sound

CUSTOM EQ³ MODES

Tailor your listening experience with three distinct EQ modes. Tap either earbud three times to cycle through them:

JLab SIGNATURE (Single Beep): Features JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
BALANCED (Two Beeps): Provides balanced audio with no extra sound enhancements.
BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Delivers amplified bass and sub-bass frequencies.

CHARGING THE EARBUDS

Step 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging.

Step 2: The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when you remove them from the case.

Charging Indicators:

Solid Red Light: Charging case battery is between 100% and 25%.
Flashing 4x Red Light: Charging case battery is below 25% (indicates the case needs charging).

CHARGING THE CASE

Connect the GO Air Sport charging case to a computer or a USB power source (5V 1A or less).

Case Charging Indicators:

Flashing Blue Light: The case is charging.
Solid Blue Light: The case is fully charged.

EAR FIT

For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure a proper fit:

Try all included ear tip sizes to find the best fit and seal for your ears.
Position the ear hook behind your ear. Rotate and adjust the earbud for a secure and comfortable fit.

HANDY TIPS

The left or right earbud can be used independently for music playback and phone calls. Simply remove your chosen earbud from the case to connect.
Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. To connect to a new device, disable Bluetooth on any previously paired devices and then enable Bluetooth on your new device.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

Case Warning: Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case to prevent damage. The earbuds are resistant to sweat and water, but the charging case is not.
General Warnings:
- Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup can reduce sound quality. Gently clean earbuds with a cotton swab or similar tool to maintain optimal audio performance.
- If you experience discomfort or pain during use, reduce the volume or discontinue use temporarily. If discomfort persists, consult a medical professional.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would handle delicate eyewear, and store them in a safe place when not in use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Connection Issues or Disconnected Earbuds (Manual Reset):

Place both earbuds in the charging case.
On your Bluetooth device, go to settings and 'Forget' or 'Remove' the 'JLab GO Air Sport' device.
Tap one earbud 7 times within the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
Tap the other earbud 7 times within the charging case. This earbud will also flash blue 4 times.
Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will remain solid white, while the other will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.
