Installation Instructions

Safety Notes

Never work when voltage is present on the luminaire.
The installation must be performed by a professional installer in compliance with the standards and regulations relating to electrical installations.

Mounting/Installation Steps

Prepare the mounting surface: Cut a circular hole with a diameter of 69 mm (±1 mm) using the provided template.
Insert the fixture: Push the lighting fixture upwards into the pre-cut hole in the ceiling or mounting surface.
Secure the fixture: Rotate the fixture clockwise to lock it into place.
Open the wire connector: Lift the lever or clip on the wire connector to open it.
Insert wires into connector: Insert the electrical wires (Live, Neutral, and Earth) into the appropriate terminals within the opened connector.
Close the connector: Ensure wires are securely inserted and close the connector. The terminals are typically labeled L (Live), N (Neutral), and Earth.
Final placement and adjustment: The fixture is now installed. Arrows indicate that the fixture can be rotated for aiming and adjustment.
Verify connection: A diagram shows correct (checkmark) and incorrect (cross) wire connections, likely referring to polarity or proper seating in the connector.
Installed view: The final image shows the Resistex Miks fixture seamlessly installed in a ceiling.
