Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Mount the Mixer Tap
Insert the long mounting screw (121842) through the base of the mixer tap and into the mounting surface.
Step 2: Secure and Seal
Sealing: Apply silicone sealant to the open surfaces around the tap base to prevent water from penetrating the worktop in case of leaks. Silicone sealant is not included. The sealant must be water- and mould-resistant and suitable for installation, compliant with EN 15651-3, Class XS1.
Securing: Use the provided mounting brackets, washers, and nuts to secure the tap to the surface. Ensure the pipe connection is flat and free from sharp edges.
Maximum thickness for sealing application: 50 mm (2 inches).
Step 3: Connect Water Hoses
Connect the flexible hoses to the mixer tap and the water supply points. Ensure connections are secure but do not overtighten, as this can damage hoses, pipes, and washers. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the hoses.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! Do not tighten too hard: this can damage hoses/pipes and washers.
Step 4: Flush and Check
Before first use: Unscrew the Aerator/Flow Guide using a coin. Allow water to run freely for a few minutes to flush out any debris. Then, screw the Aerator/Flow Guide back into place until it stops. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
? Check at regular intervals to ensure the installation is not leaking.
