Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Positioning the Mixer Tap
Lower the mixer tap through the mounting hole in the sink or countertop.
Step 2: Securing the Mixer Tap
From underneath the sink/countertop, slide the mounting bracket (110084) onto the threaded studs of the tap. Then, thread and tighten the nuts (121845) onto the studs to secure the tap firmly in place. Ensure the tap is stable.
Step 3: Sealing the Installation
⚠️ Seal the open surfaces where the tap meets the countertop with silicone sealant to prevent water ingress and potential leaks. Silicone sealant is not included with the product.
The silicone sealant used must be water- and mould-resistant and suitable for this type of installation, complying with EN 15651-3, Class XS1.
Ensure the sealant is applied evenly around the base.
Step 4: Connecting Water Hoses
Connect the flexible water hoses to the corresponding inlets on the mixer tap. Ensure the pipe connection surfaces are flat and free from sharp edges to prevent damage to the seals.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! Do not overtighten the hose connections. Overtightening can damage the hoses, pipes, and washers.
The pipe connection needs to be flat and free from sharp edges.
Final Checks and Usage
Initial Use (Flushing)
Before regular use, unscrew the aerator/flow guide from the tap spout using a coin. Allow water to run freely through the tap for a few minutes to flush out any debris from the installation process. After flushing, screw the aerator/flow guide back into place until it stops. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Regular Maintenance
? Check at regular intervals to ensure that the installation is not leaking.
