Introduction
The Marathon K35 Mini is a professional nail drill characterized by high quality, compact dimensions, and modern design. Its clear and legible control panel, along with intuitive operation, provides excellent working capabilities for both experienced and beginner users.
The machine is equipped with a powerful head generating 2.9 Ncm of torque, allowing it to reach maximum power at just 3000 RPM. Head vibration is completely eliminated, and its ergonomic shape and low weight ensure comfortable handling.

Inserting and Removing Bits
Follow these steps for safe and easy bit replacement:
- To remove a bit, turn the head handle clockwise [➡️] until it clicks into place, then pull out the bit.
- To lock a new bit, turn the handle counter-clockwise [⬅️] until it clicks into place.
- Keep the bit holder and the bit clean before reassembly.
- Important: Do not use bent, asymmetrical, or damaged bits. Always use standard bits.
Caution! Unlocking the handle while the machine is running will damage the machine. Replacing bits while the motor is running can damage the clutch. Such damage is not covered by warranty. Bits must be changed in the open holder position (unlocked), and the milling machine must be turned off during this time.

Troubleshooting
Problem: The milling machine does not turn on.
- Check if it is plugged in - connect the nail drill to the power supply.
- Check if the milling machine is switched on - turn on the milling machine using the switch (No. 2 in the diagram).
- Check if the hand/foot switch (No. 5 in the diagram) is set to "Hand" position.
- Check if the head cable is damaged - replace the head cable (available from ACTIVESHOP).
- Check if the power cable is damaged - contact ACTIVESHOP service.
- Check if the voltage selector switch (No. 8 in the diagram) is set to 220 V. If not, and the device is plugged in, the selector is damaged - contact ACTIVESHOP service for paid repair.
Problem: The head is overheating.
- Check if the TWIST-LOCK is properly closed.
- Caution: Bits must be changed when the milling machine is OFF, using the switch (No. 2 in the diagram). Turning the speed regulator dial (No. 2 in the diagram) to minimum does not turn the machine off, but only reduces its speed to the minimum (not visible to the naked eye). Changing a bit while the machine is on at minimum speed can cause the head to overheat and damage the bit (this is not covered by warranty).
Attention! Do not immerse the heads. Do not disinfect with excessive amounts of liquid. Water or disinfectant liquid entering the head can damage it. Before possible disinfection, remove dust from the head. It is recommended to maintain the head with specialized cleaning agents.
