Initial Setup
Auto-Connect Earbuds
1. Prepare Earbuds: Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel off any protective stickers from the charging contacts.
2. Power On: Press and hold both touch sensors on the earbuds for over 3 seconds. One earbud will light up solid white, and the other will flash blue and white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

Connect via BLUETOOTH
Select 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device's Bluetooth settings. Connection is complete when you hear two beeps and the indicator light turns solid white.

To set up a new Bluetooth device: Turn off Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on your new device and remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device settings to connect.
Main Unit and Accessories
Earbuds: Includes left and right earbuds, each with a touch sensor and an indicator light.
Ear Tips: Various sizes and types are provided for a secure and comfortable fit, including S, M, L, and Cloud Foam tips.
Charging Case: Houses the earbuds for charging and includes a USB charging port and charging indicator lights.

Button Functions
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Single Tap
- Activate Siri or OK Google: Double Tap
- Switch Music/Movie Mode: Press and hold for 1 second
- Change EQ: Triple Tap (Cycles through 3 EQ settings)
- Power On: Press and hold for 3 seconds
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Single Tap
- Play/Pause: Double Tap
- Next Track: Press and hold for 1 second
- Answer/End Call: Single Tap
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second
- Activate Be Aware Mode: Triple Tap
- Power On: Press and hold for 3 seconds
Sound Prompts
- Power On: Chime
- Bluetooth Connection: Two beeps
- Low Battery: Voice prompt "Low Battery" (below 20% remaining)
- Power Off: Chime

Turning Off Earbuds Without Charging Case
To turn off the earbuds without placing them in the charging case, disconnect them from your device via the Bluetooth settings. The earbuds will power off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.
Equalizer Mode
Triple-tap the touch sensor on the left earbud to cycle through the EQ settings. The sound prompt will indicate the selected EQ mode.
- JLab SIGNATURE (1 beep): Emphasizes vocals and bass for the JLab C3™™™ signature sound.
- BALANCED (2 beeps): Provides balanced sound.
- BASS BOOST (3 beeps): Enhances bass and sub-bass frequencies.

Charging the Earbuds
1. Charging Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging. A blue light on the earbud indicates it is charging; this light will turn off when charging is complete.
2. Charging the Case: Connect the charging case to a USB 5V 1A power source (or lower) using the provided USB cable. The charging indicator lights on the case will blink white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

When you remove the earbuds from the case, they will automatically turn on and reconnect to your device.
Fitting
Adjust the ear tip and cushion fin position to ensure a snug fit that prevents sound leakage. Rotate the earbud in your ear canal to achieve the optimal fit and seal.

Troubleshooting
No Sound from Left Earbud or Earbuds Not Connecting (Manual Reset)
- Remove 'JBuds Air Executive' from your device's Bluetooth settings. (See Diagram A)
- Open the charging case and place both earbuds inside.
- Quickly tap the touch sensor on one earbud 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times. Place this earbud back in the case. (See Diagram C1)
- Repeat step 3 for the other earbud. (See Diagram C2)
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them within 5 cm (2 inches) of each other. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white and the other to flash blue and white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.
BLUETOOTH Device Not Connecting/Reconnecting
- Remove 'JBuds Air Executive' from your device's Bluetooth settings. (See Diagram A)
- Turn your device's Bluetooth off and then on again. (See Diagram B)
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white and the other to flash blue and white.
- Select 'JLab JBuds Air Executive' in your device settings to connect.

Quick Tips
- Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case.
- Either earbud can be used individually for music or calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
- Choosing the correct ear tip ensures proper driver seal, significantly improving audio quality. Test all ear tips for the best results.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on any unnecessary devices and enable Bluetooth on your desired device for connection.
Warning
Ensure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. Moisture or sweat on the earbuds can damage the charging case. Any damage to the charging case caused by water or sweat will void the warranty.
Precautions
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on the earbud tips can degrade sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you experience recurring discomfort during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with the same care as your favorite sunglasses; store them in a safe place when not in use.
