Initial Setup

1. AUTO-PAIRING THE EARBUDS

A. Remove earbuds from the charging case and peel off the stickers. [Visual: Earbuds being removed from case and stickers being peeled off.]

B. Press and hold the touch sensors for more than 3 seconds [Visual: Earbud touch sensor being held for 3 seconds] to power on. One earbud will flash white, and the other will flash blue/white [Visual: Indicator light flashing blue/white], indicating it's ready to pair with your device.
2. CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH

Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" from your device's settings [Visual: Smartphone screen showing Bluetooth settings]. Two audio cues followed by solid white lights indicate connection is established.

Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices

Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings.

Functional Buttons

Left Earbud Touch Sensor

VOLUME DOWN: Tap once.
SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDRIOD): Tap twice. [Voice Assistant icon]
MUSIC/MOVIE MODE SWITCH: Press and hold for more than 1 second. [Mode Switch icon]
CHANGE EQUALIZER: Tap three times. [EQ Switch icon]
POWER ON: Press and hold for more than 3 seconds. [Power On icon]

Right Earbud Touch Sensor

VOLUME UP: Tap once.
PLAY/PAUSE: Tap twice. [Play/Pause icon]
TRACK FORWARD: Press and hold for more than 1 second. [Track Forward icon]
ANSWER CALL: Tap once. [Answer Call icon]
END CALL: Tap twice. [End Call icon]
REJECT INCOMING CALL: Press and hold for more than 1 second. [Reject Call icon]
BE AWARE MODE ON/OFF: Tap three times. [Aware Mode icon]
POWER ON: Press and hold for more than 3 seconds. [Power On icon]

Sound Prompts

ON: "Beep" ? (when connected to Bluetooth = 2 Beeps)
LOW BATTERY: "Low battery" ? (less than 20%)
OFF: "Beep" ?

Disconnecting Earbuds Without Charging Case

Go to your Bluetooth device settings and disconnect from "JLab JBuds Air Executive". The earbuds will turn off after 3 minutes.

Equalizer Modes

For different equalizer settings, tap the left earbud three times. Audio cues will indicate the equalizer settings (JBuds Air Exec will cycle through 3 equalizer settings).

SIGNATURE JLab (One beep): Signature JLab C3™ sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
BALANCED (Two beeps): Even sound without additional audio enhancements.
BASS BOOST (Three beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Charging the Earbuds

1. CHARGING THE EARBUDS:

Placing the earbuds in the charging case will turn them off and begin charging. Blue lights ? indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged. [Visual: Earbuds being placed into the charging case.]
2. CHARGING THE CHARGING CASE:

Connect the JBuds Air Executive to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or less) output device. [Visual: Charging case connected to a USB cable.]

Indicator Lights: While charging, the light flashes white, and when fully charged, the light stays solid white.

When the earbuds are removed from the case, they will automatically power on and reconnect to your device.

Fit

For the best fit and proper seal, try the additional fine-tune ear tips and all ear fins. [Visual: Image of earbud with 'CUSH FIN' and 'EAR TIP' labeled.]

Place the earbud in the ear canal and gently twist to adjust for a snug fit. [Visual: Diagram showing how to insert and twist the earbud for a proper fit.]

Troubleshooting

NO SOUND IN LEFT EARBUD OR INTERMITTENT CONNECTION BETWEEN EARBUDS (MANUAL RESET)

On your Bluetooth device, forget the connection to "JBuds Air Executive". (See Figure A) [Visual: Figure A showing phone Bluetooth settings.]
Open the charging case door and place both earbuds inside.
Starting with ONE earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. It will flash blue 3 times. Leave the earbuds in the charging case. (See Figure C1) [Visual: Figure C1 showing tapping the earbud sensor 7 times.]
Repeat for the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. It will flash blue 3 times. (See Figure C2) [Visual: Figure C2 showing tapping the other earbud sensor 7 times.]
Remove both earbuds from the charging case and hold them about 2 inches apart. Wait until one earbud flashes solid white and the other flashes blue/white. You are now ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

BLUETOOTH DEVICE NOT CONNECTING/RECONNECTING

On your Bluetooth device, forget the connection to "JBuds Air Executive". (See Figure A) [Visual: Figure A showing phone Bluetooth settings.]
Turn your Bluetooth device off and then on again. (See Figure B) [Visual: Figure B showing toggling Bluetooth off and on.]
Remove the earbuds from the charging case. Wait until one earbud flashes solid white and the other flashes blue/white.
Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your settings to connect.

Quick Tips

Dry the earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case.
The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
Choosing the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality due to proper seal for the driver. For best results, try all ear tip placements.
Only ONE Bluetooth device can be configured at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device to connect.

Caution

Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, damaging the cable by pulling it sharply or applying extreme force, or bending the cable at a sharp angle.
Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, which can reduce sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small instrument to improve sound quality.
If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using them.
If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
We recommend caring for your earbuds as you would a pair of fine eyeglasses and keeping them in a safe place when not in use.

Warning: Dry the earbuds completely before placing them in the charging case. If the earbuds are wet or damp, it will cause damage to the charging case. If the charging case shows water/sweat damage, the warranty will be voided.
