FIRST-TIME SETUP

1. AUTOMATIC EARBUD CONNECTION

A. Remove earbuds and stickers from the charging case.

B. Hold both touch sensors for 3+ seconds to POWER ON. One earbud will turn solid white while the other flashes blue/white, indicating your device is ready to pair.

2. CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH

Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device settings. Solid white lights will indicate you are connected after two beeps.

ADDING NEW / ADDITIONAL BLUETOOTH DEVICES:

TURN OFF Bluetooth from any previously connected device. TURN ON Bluetooth from the new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in device settings to connect.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

LEFT EARBUD

• DECREASE VOLUME: Tap once
• SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Tap twice
• CHANGE MUSIC / MOVIE MODE: Hold for 1+ seconds
• CHANGE EQ: Tap thrice
• POWER ON: Hold for 3+ seconds

RIGHT EARBUD

• INCREASE VOLUME: Tap once
• PLAY / PAUSE: Tap twice
• FAST FORWARD: Hold for 1+ seconds
• ANSWER CALL: Tap once
• END CALL: Tap twice
• REJECT INCOMING CALL: Hold for 1+ seconds
• WAKE WORD ON / OFF: Tap thrice
• POWER ON: Hold for 3+ seconds

EQ MODES

Tap the left earbud thrice for different equalizer settings. Audio cues will indicate the EQ settings (JBuds Air Exec will cycle through 3 EQ settings).

• JLab SIGNATURE (Single beep): JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass
• BALANCED (Two beeps): Even sound without extra enhancements
• BASS BOOST (Three beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass

CHARGING

EARBUD CHARGING

1. Placing the earbuds in the charging case will begin charging them, powering them off. Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged.

CASE CHARGING

Connect your JBuds Air Executive to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or less) output device.

OR

Lights glow white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

2. When removed from the case, the earbuds will automatically power on and reconnect to your device.

EARBUD FIT

For the best fit and proper seal, try the optional Cush Fins and all ear tips.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NO SOUND IN LEFT OR RIGHT EARBUD (MANUAL RESET)

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and forget your JBuds Air Executive. See Diagram A.
2. Open the charging case and leave both earbuds inside. Starting with ONE earbud, tap the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times. Leave the earbud in the charging case. See Diagram C1.
3. Repeat with the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times. See Diagram C2.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and place them 5 cm apart. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white and the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to pair to your Bluetooth device.

BLUETOOTH DEVICE NOT CONNECTING / RECONNECTING

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and forget your JBuds Air Executive. See Diagram A.
2. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON. See Diagram B.
3. Remove earbuds from the case. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white and the other to flash blue/white.
4. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" from your device settings to reconnect.

QUICK TIPS

• Dry earbuds thoroughly before placing them in the charging case.
• The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
• Choosing the correct ear tip will significantly improve sound quality as it provides the proper seal for the driver. Test all ear tips for best results.
• Only ONE Bluetooth device can connect at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the selected device to connect.

CAUTION

• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• Dirt can accumulate in the earbud housings and degrade sound quality. Carefully remove dirt with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use temporarily.
• If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• We recommend treating your earbuds with care, storing them in a safe place when not in use, much like you would a pair of sunglasses.
