Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach Plastic Feet (1) to the bottom of the Left Arm (A1) and Right Arm (A2) headboard panels. Each panel receives 4 feet.
Step 2
Assemble the side frame components. Connect Side Rails (B1, B2) to Legs Support (H). This step is performed twice (x2) for both sides of the bed frame. Use 8 pieces of Ø1/4" x 35mm Hex-Head bolts (6) and the Allen Key (8).
Step 3
Assemble the backrest structure. Connect Backrest Panels (C1, C2) using the Link Plate (D). Use 8 pieces of Ø1/4" x 35mm Hex-Head bolts (6) and the Allen Key (8).
Step 4
Attach the assembled side frames (from Step 2) to the Left Arm (A1) and Right Arm (A2) headboard panels. Use 8 pieces of Ø1/4" x 30 mm Hex-Head bolts (7) and the Allen Key (8).
Step 5
Attach the assembled backrest structure (from Step 3) to the main bed frame. Use 4 pieces of M4 x 12 mm Wood Screws (3) and 4 pieces of Plastic Drawer Stoppers (9).
Step 6
Attach the side panels (C1, C2) to the headboard and side rail assembly. Use 4 pieces of Ø1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (5) and the Allen Key (8). This step is performed twice (x2).
Step 7
Assemble the drawer support structure. Connect Support Bars (E) to Slats (F1) using G (Legs Support). This step is performed twice (x2). Use 4 pieces of Ø1/4" x 50mm Hex-Head bolts (5) and the Allen Key (8).
Step 8
Attach the assembled drawer support structures (from Step 7) to the main bed frame. Use 8 pieces of M4 x 30 mm Wood Screws (4).
Step 9
Attach the main Slats (F) to the bed frame. Use 18 pieces of M4 x 30 mm Wood Screws (4).
Step 10.1
Assemble the drawer sides. Connect Drawer Side Panels (M) to Drawer Front Panels (K). This is performed twice (x2). Use 8 pieces of M4 x 30 mm Wood Screws (4).
Step 10.2
Assemble the drawer base. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (O) into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides. The Drawer Support Bottom (N) components are also integrated into this step, likely providing support for the panel. This is performed twice (x2).
Step 10.3
Attach the Drawer Back Panels (L) to the assembled drawer sides. This is performed twice (x2). Use 8 pieces of M4 x 30 mm Wood Screws (4).
Step 10.4
Attach Wheels (2) to the bottom of the assembled drawers. This is performed twice (x2). Use 16 pieces of M4 x 12 mm Wood Screws (3) and 8 pieces of Wheels (2).
Finish
The assembly is complete. The bed frame with storage drawers is ready for use.
