A: Screw Ø5/16" x 38 mm (8 pcs)

B: Washer Ø19 x 1.5 mm (12 pcs)

C: Washer Ø13 x 1 mm (12 pcs)

D: Bolt 80 x 23 x 4 mm (1 pc)

E: Screw Ø4 x 15 mm (16 pcs)

F: Screw Ø4 x 30 mm (40 pcs)

G: Caster Wheel (50 x 45 x 25 mm) (4 pcs)

H: Screw Ø5/16" x 110 mm (4 pcs)

I: Dowel Ø8 x 20 mm (2 pcs)

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach Side Panel (Part 2) and Side Panel (Part 3) to the Headboard (Part 1).

Use hardware: 2x Screw A, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D for each side panel connection.

Step 2

Attach Support Bar (Part 4) to Side Panel (Part 2).

Use hardware: 2x Screw A, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D.

Step 3

Attach the second Support Bar (Part 4) to Side Panel (Part 2).

Use hardware: 2x Screw A, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D.

This step ensures the second support bar is securely attached to the main frame.

Step 4

Attach Support Bar (Part 4) to Side Panel (Part 3).

Use hardware: 2x Screw A, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D.

This step ensures the support bar is securely attached to the other side panel.

Step 5

Insert Dowels (Part I) into the Headboard (Part 1).

Attach the Headboard (Part 1) to the assembled frame.

Use hardware: 2x Dowel I.

Step 6

Attach Trundle Slat Support (Part 7) to Side Panel (Part 2).

Use hardware: 2x Screw H, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D.

Step 7

Attach the second Trundle Slat Support (Part 7) to Side Panel (Part 2).

Use hardware: 2x Screw H, 2x Washer B, 2x Washer C, 1x Bolt D.

This completes the attachment of the trundle slat supports to the side panel.

Step 8

Slide the Trundle Frame (Part 5) into the assembled bed frame.

The diagram shows the trundle frame being inserted from the front or side into the main bed structure.

Step 9

Attach Slats (Part 8) to the Support Bars (Part 4) on the main daybed frame.

Use hardware: 20x Screw F.

Place the slats evenly across the support bars and secure each with a screw. The diagram indicates securing all 20 slats.

Instruction: Tighten all screw bolts [100%].

Step 10

Attach Caster Wheels (Part G) to the Trundle Frame (Part 5).

Use hardware: 16x Screw E and 4x Caster Wheel G.

Step 11

Attach Trundle Support Bar (Part 6) to the Trundle Frame (Part 5).
