Renogy ONE Core Quick Guide

Before Getting Started
This quick guide provides important operation and maintenance instructions for the Renogy ONE Core (referred to as Core). Please read it carefully before operation and save it for future reference. Failure to observe the instructions or precautions may result in electrical shock, serious injury, or death, or damage to the Renogy ONE Core.
Renogy ensures the accuracy and applicability of information at the time of printing, but product improvements may occur. Renogy assumes no responsibility for losses caused by failure to install or use the product in compliance with this guide. Renogy is not liable for failures, damages, or injuries resulting from repairs attempted by unqualified personnel or improper installation and operation.

Get to Know RENOGY ONE Core
Components:

Installation Site and Environment
Recommended Installation:
- Ensure the screen points to the front, rear, left, or right side of the RV, vertically to the RV floor for the leveling function.
- Use RV leveling blocks during the leveling process.
Environmental Conditions:
- Altitude: ≤5000m
- Temperature: -4°F to 158°F (-20°C to 70°C)
- Humidity: 0% to 95%

Required Tools
- Phillips Screwdriver (#1)
- Insulation Tape
- Skill Saw (optional, for flush mounting)
- Impact Drill with Hole Saw, 2.17in/55mm (optional, for flush mounting)
NOTE: Tools are required only when the Core is flush mounted on a wall.
Installation Steps
Step 1 (A): Place Renogy ONE Core on a Table
The package box can be used as a bracket for installation if wall mounting is not required.
NOTE: The RV leveling function is unavailable when the Core is placed on a table.
Step 1 (B): Mount Renogy ONE Core on a Wall
Use the provided mounting template (or a paper copy) for drilling holes. The installation hole size is 2.17 in x 2.17 in (55 mm x 55 mm).
Follow the numbered steps for mounting:
- Use the mounting template to mark drilling locations.
- Drill holes at the marked locations.
- Insert wall anchors if necessary.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using mounting screws.
- Attach the Renogy ONE Core to the bracket.
Step 2: Connect Renogy ONE Core to a Power Supply
You can connect the Core to a power supply using the included power cable or an optional Type-C cable.
- Installed on a Wall: Connect the DC Power (8-60V) using the included Power Cable. Alternatively, use a Type-C Cable (5V, DC) (optional).
- Installed on a Table: Connect the DC Power (8-60V) using the included Power Cable. Alternatively, use a Type-C Cable (5V, DC) (optional).
NOTE: When installing the power cable, connect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal.
Step 3: Install a Communication Cable (Optional)
For details, see the Renogy ONE Core User Manual by scanning the QR code in the guide. Connect using an RJ45 Ethernet Cable (Max length: 6 m) to Devices (RS-485).
Step 4: Power On/Off
Long press the On/Off Button for 5 seconds to power the Core on or off.
Step 5: Pairing with DC Home
For initial startup, follow the startup wizard on the Core to pair it with the DC Home app. Alternatively, navigate to System > Pair with App.
Scan the QR code to pair Renogy ONE Core with the DC Home app.
Step 6: Add Devices
Renogy ONE Core can connect to Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, and Zigbee Renogy devices concurrently.
RV Leveling
Follow the on-screen prompts by navigating to > RV Leveling. Calibrate the RV leveling function each time the installation site is changed.
Important Safety Instructions
- Keep Renogy ONE Core out of the reach of children.
- Dispose of the product according to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Do not expose the Core to flammable or harsh chemicals or vapors.
- Do not open, dismantle, repair, or modify the Core. There are no serviceable parts inside.
- Confirm the polarities of devices before connecting to a power supply to avoid damage and voiding the warranty.
- Ensure the connected DC power supply is rated at 8V to 60V. Connecting to a power source outside this range may cause failure or permanent damage.
- An extended power cable can be used on demand. Refer to the Renogy ONE Core User Manual for details.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, try to correct the interference by:
- Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
- Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connecting the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consulting the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement: This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
RSS Standard
This device complies with Industry Canada license-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. The device is compliance with RF exposure guidelines; users can obtain Canadian information on RF exposure and compliance. The minimum distance from body to use the device is 20cm.
