The Renogy ONE Core is a central monitoring and control unit for your energy system. The display shows real-time data including battery voltage (12.1V), charge percentage (78%), current (10.05A), remaining capacity (230.05Ah), battery health (76.01%), and inverter status (112.71W, 13.21V).

Key components of the Renogy ONE Core:

Installation Site and Environment

Recommended installation sites for RVs (indicated by checkmarks ✔️) and unsuitable sites (indicated by crosses ❌). Ensure the device is installed vertically to the RV floor.

Environmental specifications:

NOTE: For RV leveling function, ensure the screen points to the front, rear, left, or right side of the RV. RV leveling blocks are recommended.

Required Tools

NOTE: Tools are needed for flush mounting on a wall. A skill saw or electric drill with a hole saw can be used.

Step 1 (A). Place Renogy ONE Core on a Table

The package box can be used as a bracket for table placement. The RV leveling function is not available when placed on a table.

Step 1 (B). Mount Renogy ONE Core on a Wall

Mounting Template: Tear off this paper and paste it to the mounting location for drilling holes. The required hole size is 2.17in x 2.17in (55mm x 55mm).

NOTE: Another piece of paper can be used as a mounting template. The installation hole size is 2.17in x 2.17in (55mm x 55mm).

Yellow Area: Refers to the area for the mounting template.

Blue Area: Refers to the cut-out area for the device.

The mounting process involves using the template to mark and cut the wall, then attaching the device.

Steps include:

Step 2. Connect Renogy ONE Core to a Power Supply

Connect using the included power cable or an optional Type-C cable.

Installed on a Wall

Connect the DC Power (8-60V) using the included power cable, or connect a Type-C cable (5V, DC) to the device.

Installed on a Table

Connect the DC Power (8-60V) using the included power cable, or connect a Type-C cable (5V, DC) to the device.

NOTE: When connecting the power cable, connect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal.

Step 3. Install a Communication Cable (Optional)

Connect an RJ45 Ethernet Cable (max length: 6m) to devices via RS-485. Refer to the User Manual for details.

Step 4. Power On/Off

Long press the On/Off Button for 5 seconds to power the Core on or off.

Step 5. Pairing with DC Home

For initial startup, follow the on-screen wizard to pair with the DC Home app. Alternatively, navigate to System > Pair with App.

Step 6. Add Devices

Renogy ONE Core supports concurrent connection to Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, and Zigbee Renogy devices.

The device can discover and add controllers, batteries, smart plugs, and inverters.

RV Leveling

Access RV Leveling via the menu. Calibration is required each time the installation site changes.
