Introduction and General Information
Before using the product, please read the instruction manual. This manual contains detailed information on the operation and maintenance of the device. Use the device as described and keep this manual accessible to all users.
The Sillon electric cosmetic chair is professional equipment designed for beauty salons, ideal for massages, cosmetic and podiatric treatments, and physiotherapy. It offers complete comfort during treatments and consists of four parts plus a removable cushion. Handles on both sides of the seat allow for convenient storage of the control remote.
Product Specifications and Load Capacity
Load capacity of the product: 150kg
The maximum load capacity of the seat body is 150kg. Do not exceed this weight. Avoid jumping on the backrest or applying excessive pressure on the armrests to prevent damage.
Maximum load on armrests: 40kg each.
Maximum load on footrest: 40kg each.
Maximum load on seat: 150kg.
Packaging and Handling
The chair is packaged with cardboard and outer cartons, using a total of 10 layers of paper for protection. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for future use, especially for warranty returns.
Note on Lifting: For safety, two people are required to lift the chair out of the carton. Lift from the headrest and footrest positions only, not from the armrests.
Pre-Use Checks and Environmental Conditions
Before using the chair, verify that the package is intact and undamaged from transportation. Notify the transportation company or after-sales personnel within 2 days of receipt if any issues are found. Ensure all accessories are complete.
The electric cosmetic chair must be used in closed, dry rooms.
- Temperature: +10°C to +40°C (for operation), -20°C to +50°C (for storage/transport).
- Relative Humidity: 30% to 75%.
If the chair has been exposed to temperatures below 0°C, wait at least 5 hours for it to reach room temperature before use.
Initial Setup Steps:
- Ensure all packaging materials are removed.
- Verify the chair is in working order.
- Place the chair in the intended area of use.
- Plug the mains plug into a suitable outlet (110V~240V).
Tip: Children and inexperienced individuals must not use this device without supervision. Ensure children do not play near the chair. For safety, unplug the device when unattended.

Warnings and Notes
Warnings:
- The footrest is not designed to support the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrest and footrest.
- Do not lift more weight than the seat can support (150kg).
- Ensure power sockets are within 2 meters.
Notes:
- Always connect the power cord to a grounded outlet for safety.
- Do not tie or pull the power cord, as this can cause damage. Ensure it can be easily removed in an emergency.
- Remove the power cord before moving the chair to prevent it from getting stuck.
- If the power cord is damaged, disconnect it immediately, stop using the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cord.
- Only the person performing the procedure should control the remote.
- Do not place objects under the seat.
- Ensure sufficient clearance around the seat for free folding and unfolding.
- Keep the area around the seat free of sharp or harmful objects.
- Do not modify the device yourself. If it malfunctions, stop use and contact an authorized service center.
Using the Device
Connect the power cord to the external power supply (110V~240V).
Armrest Installation:
With the seat in a horizontal position, slide the armrest into the designated hole on the side of the backrest. Ensure it is firmly attached by twisting it into place. Repeat for the other armrest. The armrest should be perpendicular to the ground and can be rotated 180°.
Manual Control Functions
1. Lifting Height Adjustment:
The bed height can be adjusted from 58 cm to 82 cm from the ground using control buttons.
2. Backrest and Legrest Angle Adjustment:
The backrest can be lifted from 0° to 80°. The legrest can be lifted from 0° to 90°. These adjustments are controlled via buttons.
3. Footrest Retraction:
The footrest can be extended or retracted, with a length adjustment range of 0 to 12 cm.
Footrest Adjustability and Cradle Function
Each footrest is independently adjustable, allowing for personalized leg positioning. The angles are manually adjustable, and the mechanism allows for side-to-side tilting, making the chair suitable for podiatric treatments.
Mechanism for tilting the footrest sideways: Allows side-to-side adjustment.
Lever for raising/lowering the footrest: Pull the lever handle upwards to raise the footrest. To tilt the footrest sideways, pull down on the wheel at the tilt mechanism.
4. Cradle Function:
The seat can be angled to create a "cradle" position. This is achieved by lowering the backrest and raising the footrest, forming a flat surface.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, unplug the device. Clean and disinfect the chair after each use. A thorough disinfection is recommended once a month.
Surface Cleaning Guidelines:
- Metal and Plastic Surfaces: Wipe with a damp cloth. Use a small brush for hard-to-reach areas. Disinfect with a suitable liquid. Avoid excessive liquid.
- Stainless Steel Surfaces: Use a mild detergent solution. Ammonia and most solvents can remove tough stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
- Painted or Chrome-plated Metal Surfaces: Do not use water jets or high-pressure cannons. Avoid high temperature/humidity and conditions leading to liquid contamination. Do not use solvents or acids.
- Chair Surface (Upholstery): Wipe with a special leather cleaner, then with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
Unplug the device before maintenance.
- Repairs must be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Unauthorized repairs may cause injury or damage, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the chair or accessories if they are not working properly.
- All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Maintenance Measures (Check Weekly/Semi-Annually):
Check controls and wiring weekly. At least every six months, check:
- Power cord and its attachment
- Motor wiring
- Control box and its wiring
- Accessory attachments
- Normal operation of the locking system
If defects are found, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service center. Only authorized personnel should open or replace the actuator/control unit. If any part is damaged, unplug the power cord, stop use, and notify the service center.

Safety Measures
This device is professional equipment for beauty parlors. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel is recommended to avoid undesirable consequences.
- Do not disassemble or misuse the device. All servicing and repairs must be performed by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Ltd.).
- Do not install or operate near liquids, wet places, or with wet hands.
- Immediately unplug and contact authorized service if:
- Liquid enters the device.
- The device emits strange odors, smoke, or sounds.
- The power cord is damaged.
- The device housing is damaged.
- Do not place objects on cables or where the power cord can be stepped on.
- Unplug the power cord after each use.
- Do not insert objects into device openings. If an object enters, unplug and contact the distributor/manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on unstable surfaces.
- To ensure the device's lifespan, allow a one-minute interval between switching the power button on and off.
- The power supply must comply with the nameplate specifications to avoid incorrect operation, damage, or burning.
Caution:
- In case of power cord damage or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 and above, and by individuals with reduced physical/mental abilities or lack of experience, provided they are supervised and understand the risks.
- The equipment is not intended for play by children.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or untrained persons are present.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use can pose health risks or lead to death. Use and store out of reach of children.
Disposal of the Device
Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging at raw material reprocessing centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Do not dispose of electrical appliances with household waste. Follow applicable rules for discarding this type of equipment.
In accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste should be collected separately and handed over to designated collection points for reprocessing. Appliances contain recyclable components and can be handed over to appropriate collection points or ACTIVESHOP Ltd.

Storage and Transport
The device should be transported in its original packaging within a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.
Store the device in a well-ventilated area with relative humidity not exceeding 75%.

During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown, dropped, or exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric agents.
