Getting Started
Before using the cosmetic chair, read the instructions and perform the following steps:
- Make sure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Ensure the chair is in working order.
- Place the cosmetic chair in the intended area.
- Plug the power plug into a suitable outlet.
Tip: Children and inexperienced individuals must not use this device. Children must be supervised and must not play near the cosmetic chair.
Device Dimensions
The Azzurro 870 electric cosmetic chair has the following approximate dimensions:
- Overall Length: 1660 mm (standard), up to 1965 mm when fully extended.
- Overall Height: Adjustable from 610 mm (lowest position) to 1060 mm (highest position).
- Seat Height Range: Adjustable from 64 cm to 102 cm from the floor.
- Seat Dimensions: Approximately 52-54 cm wide and 54-59 cm deep.
- Backrest Height: Approximately 54 cm.
- Armrest Dimensions: Approximately 38 cm long, positioned about 27 cm above the seat.
- Base Dimensions: Approximately 100 cm long and 54 cm wide.
Control Remote Functions
The remote control allows for precise adjustment of the chair's functions:
- Seat Height Adjustment: Use the up/down arrow buttons [⬆️/⬇️] to raise or lower the seat.
- Backrest Adjustment: Use the dedicated buttons to adjust the tilt of the backrest.
- Seat Adjustment: Use the dedicated buttons to adjust the forward/backward position of the seat.
- Memory Presets: Buttons P1 and P2 are available for saving and recalling preferred positions.
Manual Adjustments
Footrest Adjustment
The footrest is adjusted manually using levers located underneath the footrest. Pull the levers to change the footrest's position.
Headrest Adjustment
To adjust the headrest, loosen the knob located behind the headrest, extend it to the desired height, and then tighten the knob.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Unplug the device before cleaning. Regular cleaning and disinfection after each use are recommended for maintaining the chair's condition. A thorough disinfection once a month is advised.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Wipe metal and plastic surfaces and controls with a damp cloth. Use a small brush for hard-to-reach areas. Avoid excessive liquid. Disinfect with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Use a mild detergent solution. Ammonia and most solvents can be used for tough stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
Do not use water jets (e.g., shower, high-pressure water cannons). Avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and conditions that can lead to liquid contamination. Do not use solvents and acids.
IV. Chair Surface (Upholstery)
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner, then wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
Unplug the device before performing any maintenance.
Important Notes:
- Repairs must be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Unauthorized repairs may cause injury or damage, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the chair or accessories if they are not functioning correctly.
- All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Maintenance Checks (Recommended Schedule
- Weekly: Check controls and their wiring.
- Every Six Months: Check the condition and function of:
- Power cord and its attachment.
- Motor wiring.
- Control box and its wiring.
- Attached accessories.
- Normal operation of the locking system.
If defects are found, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service center. Only authorized personnel should open or replace the actuator/control unit. If any part is damaged, unplug the power cord, stop use, and notify the service center.
Troubleshooting

Safety Measures and Cautions
General Safety:
- This is professional equipment for beauty salons. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel is recommended to avoid undesirable consequences.
- Do not disassemble the device or use it for purposes other than those specified in this manual. Servicing and repairs must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Ltd.).
- Do not install or operate the device near liquids, wet areas, or with wet hands to prevent liquid ingress.
- Immediately unplug the device and contact authorized service if:
- Liquid has entered the device.
- The device emits strange smells, smoke, or sounds.
- The power cord is damaged.
- The device has been knocked over or its housing is damaged.
- Do not place objects on cables. Do not install where the power cord can be stepped on.
- For safety, unplug the power cord from the outlet after finishing work.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the device openings. If an object enters, unplug the cord and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on unstable carts, shelves, or vehicles, as dropping may cause damage.
- To ensure the device's useful life, maintain a one-minute interval between switching the power button on and off.
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate to avoid incorrect operation, damage, or burning.
Caution:
- For power cord damage or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- This equipment may be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with diminished physical/mental capabilities or lack of experience, provided they are supervised and instructed on safe usage, and understand the associated risks.
- The equipment is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with it.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons without sufficient knowledge are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use may pose health risks or be fatal. Use and store out of reach of children.
Disposal of the Device
Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging at raw material reprocessing centers according to environmental protection principles. Electrical appliances should not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow regulations for discarding this equipment. To protect the environment, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC concerning waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical appliances must be collected separately and handed over to designated collection points for electronic waste. Old appliances contain recyclable components and should be handed over for reprocessing. They can be handed over to appropriate collection points or to ACTIVESHOP Ltd.
Storage and Transport
Transport: The device should be transported in its original packaging at temperatures between -20 °C and +50 °C. Avoid dropping, mechanical shocks, or exposure to atmospheric agents during transport.
Storage: Store the device in a well-ventilated area with relative humidity not exceeding 75%. The operating temperature range is +10 °C to +40 °C.
